It was a clean and peaceful place to be in.
The pool was not open when it was said to have been open.
Great Location! We were visiting family near the area so it was very convenient. Pleasant staff members, welcoming atmosphere and would definitely come back in the future
Not enough parking. The air/heating unit was loud and sometimes dog started barking early in the morning

That it was late and Apparentley the system was down and she said we couldn’t get checked in. And she was rude
It smelled nice
The room i booked was not ready even after me arriving after my designated check-in. The woman at the front desk could not even give me an email of when my room would be available. Then told me my only option was to take a double queen room. This was not acceptable because I needed the king room that I picked for the space. I ended up leaving after a few hours and getting a room somewhere else and wasting my money because I was told I could not get a refund or discount before I checked in. Also when she switched my room to the double queen room she charged me 301 instead of 205 which declined on my card. The whole situation was a nightmare.
Well, it didn't happen to me fortunately, but another guest checked in and found his toilet clogged. When he reported it to the Main Desk, instead of handling the situation, they handed him a plunger.
Now who doesn't want to go on vacation and start it by having to clear a clogged toilet, all for the privilege of paying several hundred dollars a night to stay there?
Everything went well but Mr Tim and cant recall the other guy name but they are the shuttle drivers made our stay magnificent. Very patient and respectful. Answer every question I had and responded to every comment my children made without hesitation. I knew then it was more than a job. I also like they had treats for the fur babies.
Nothing to complain about every staff I encounter was pleasant. I be sure to return when I'm in the area.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn and had an exceptional experience thanks to Front Desk Supervisor Malinda Barnett.
Malinda truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. When the hotel shuttle was unavailable and I needed to get back from the casino, she didn’t just apologize for the inconvenience — she took immediate action. She personally arranged an Uber for me to ensure I returned safely and without stress. That level of attentiveness and problem-solving is rare and speaks volumes about her dedication to guest service.
Throughout my stay, she was professional, warm, and genuinely committed to creating a positive experience. It’s employees like Malinda who turn a standard hotel stay into a memorable one. Her leadership and customer-first mindset are a tremendous asset to the Hilton brand.

We did not check the breakfast available, but we did see a variety of available snacks, should you need it. That was nice. Food allergies prevented me from grabbing some. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff sincerely congenial. The Hilton pillows put me right to sleep. The location was just minutes and an easy ride away from the wedding we attended at Centennial Plaza at the beach. It couldn't have been nicer. It was a perfect wedding venue, and a perfect repurpose for the historically famous property.
Neither my husband or I have anything but nice things to write about our stay. I took care of the arrangements this trip, and he congratulated me 3 separate times on the choice of hotel. I heard him telling someone at the wedding how conveniently it was located to beach activities and venues.
The breakfast was good. The hotel need to offer guest FREEE Breakfast
The cleanliness, the comfort, and the peace. It was all good.
