Nice staff, location not too far not too close

Cons:

The breakfast was very poor and the rooms very small. Renovations began while we were there, adding to the frustration. Most importantly, all four of our rooms were facing the parking lot and located directly above the smoking area which was with loud noise until 4:00 AM thanks to the other guest who sat there all night.
