Chloe was the best!!!! She was so helpful and informative.
Pros:

It was pet friendly.

Cons:

When we got up to leave in the morning the hot water did not work. I called the desk and was informed maintenance wouldnt be in til
7am. We had to leave so have had to travel with no shower. Told we would get some compensation but was charged full price.

Pros:

The Breakfast and the lady serving it was very courteous and welcoming. Breakfast and the Muffins were good.

Cons:

Stained carpets and curtains. Door lock for the toilet was not working. When i called the front desk, she said she cannot do anything about it until next day and she hung up. We later asked to change the room and she did it.

The hotel itself was nice and clean but having to take a cold shower in the morning sucked.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable.

Cons:

We did not have a working coffee maker and we did not have any hot water in the shower. We had to take cold showers in the morning. It was really disappointing because the hotel said that they would award us points to make up for our stay, but they did not follow through with the compensation.

If you’re going to charge for parking while I am paying to stay there, I won’t be back

Disappointing at best.
Pros:

Nothing great or outstanding to comment about

Cons:

Room amenities need attention. Iron was definitely old. Cord that should retract, didn’t. Coffee pot door where you pour water in was broken off, packets were insufficient with only one sweetener and one sugar packet. Electric outlet on wall lamps by the bed were faulty and our phone chargers wouldn’t stay plugged in. No free breakfast or coffee in lobby and the pricing at the “Bistro” was unacceptable based on room pricing of other hotels in the area.
