Park Hyatt Shanghai

We stayed at Park Hyatt Shanghai for three nights in February and had a fantastic experience. This luxury hotel in Pudong truly delivers when it comes to service, comfort, and unforgettable skyline views.

The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. Their attention to detail made the experience feel personal and effortless.

One of the highlights was the pool and spa area. The indoor pool is peaceful and perfect for swimming laps while enjoying panoramic views of the Shanghai skyline. The jacuzzi was very relaxing, and the 60-minute pressure-point massage was excellent — a great way to recover after traveling.

Our room was modern, comfortable, and beautifully designed. Each morning we woke up to stunning views of the Bund and the river. If you’re staying at the Park Hyatt Shanghai, definitely request a room facing the Bund — the views of the historic skyline and Pudong skyline are absolutely worth it.

Breakfast was another highlight, with a wide variety of Western and Asian dishes that felt more like a full brunch. Enjoying breakfast while overlooking the Shanghai skyline made it even more memorable.

Overall, this is one of the best luxury hotel experiences we’ve had in Shanghai. Between the incredible Bund views, excellent service, and relaxing spa facilities, we would absolutely stay here again.

This is a great spot if you are visiting Shanghai or China first time. The customer service here is above and beyond. They really make you feel special and welcomed. The staff there is very polite and try their best to remember your preference. They even made me custom dishes in Breakfast as I am a vegetarian. I wish I had more time to explore their infinity pool and gym. Definitely recommended.

The rooms are large, have amazing views of the city, and top-notch amenities like a Dyson hair dryer. The big issue is that they are incredibly dark - good luck putting on makeup and my colleague struggled with shaving his beard. Its shocking they haven’t added a light up makeup mirror by now.

Staff are friendly and attentive, breakfast is extensive, and the fitness center has tons of equipment (albeit quite crowded together). The Le Labo bath products are lovely, as are the toto toilets. I am not sure I needed the massive dining table in the bedroom

Andy, William, and the rest of the concierge team went above and beyond!! I lost a very valuable ring at the Chongqing airport, on my way to Shanghai. I thought it would be nearly impossible to retrieve the ring, but the team got it back to me within two days, and I am eternally grateful. Would recommended staying at the Park Hyatt Shanghai, over and over and over again.

The team is great and helpful, wonderful location and very delicious food. I would certainly recommend it to everybody!

One of the top hotels in Shanghai. Convenient location and excellent attention to detail. You have to get used to taking the elevator up to go to the lobby since the rooms are below the lobby. Perks of hotel located at the top of a skyscraper!

The architectural style is unique and in line with Chinese aesthetics. Good service attitude when checking in. The room has been upgraded to the Bund View Suite, and the amenities in the room are lelabo

The clerks on the first floor helping luggages, cars etc are always very welcoming and helpful. Room is clean and comfortable./ Thank you !

Incredible views. Huge rooms. Good value. So-so breakfast. Good spa experience. Getting taxis should be easier. Great bathrooms.

The facilities  and  service was good
The most favorite place for me was Park Salon lounge
They have  great food ,  beverage and good atmosphere
Most of all I really enjoyed their attentive service
Mr Jerry' English is excellent
He gave me a lot of useful information related to food of Shanghai and China
Of course other staff''s service of Park Salon was impressive

Esse hotel é simplesmente excelente, um verdadeiro 5 estrelas com serviços impecáveis, altíssima qualidade, vistas deslumbrantes, quartos novos e incríveis super equipados, silencioso e você dorme literalmente nas nuvens com a melhor vista de Shanghai. Nota 1000. Um hotel indispensável de você conhecer em Shanghai, verdadeiro hotel dos sonhos. Perto de várias atrações e opções de transporte e num dos prédios mais lindos e icônicos da cidade. Recomendo para todos, sim e sim. Tem até piscina nas alturas.

Room has great view of Shanghai city. The room were also spacious and clean. The breakfast spread was good all the staff were friendly and polite.

We have stayed at numerous Hyatt hotels around the world and Park Hyatt in Shanghai really is on top of the list. Everything was spectacular: the view, the room, the restaurants, the pool etc, and of course the service and location. We will come back again hopefully in the near future.

Stayed recently over at the hotel for a business trip. In advance of my arrival I had a couple of parcels shipped to the hotel. The staff was great in collecting them and having it all sent to my room before I arrived. The room was of course really nice and spacious and the view totally awesome. Probably my favorite Shanghai hotel due to the location too.

Overall very nice hotel that still delivers as expected!
Services were great and breakfast is definitely the highlight!! The view is amazing and room is spacious.
