Most engaging entertainer Boris usually don’t engage with activities of this sort but he made me feel confident by my answers. Throughly enjoyed would recommend

Amazing hotel! The service from both the hotel staff and the restaurant team was impeccable. A big thank you to our dear Sandeep, with whom we interacted a lot during our stay — he gave us such a warm welcome, just like the rest of the staff. The rooms, the atmosphere, the food… everything was top-notch! Thank you — we’ll definitely be coming back!

Lovely staff, delightfull sushi, good buffet with fresh foods but it is worth to make reservations for the specialty restaurants. We had Chow mein and lots of sushi haha. Clean appartment, well maintained. Compared to other all-in options in the area this one has so many options so you can choose a lot during the stay.

Denys is the guy. Very hospitable, very kind. I will only come back if he is here! I very much recommend. 5 star reviews!!!

The room was very good and the pool and entertainment was very good aswell l, Edgar and Cinder were very good there was water polo darts and prizes for the winner

Had the sweet and sour chicken it was very nice and the starters of sushi were delicious, my friends had the chow mein which they said was very nice topped at the end with a shot of sake! Customer service was also great.

Checked in by Marcia Tiago. It was slower than I liked and I was shocked when water dripped on me from aircon.
We paid 56 euro tax

However, very helpful and inputted the WiFi password into my phone.

We then paid 200 euro deposit for breakages before receiving our hotel bands.
Fernando helped with information on booking the restaurants.

We than paid 40 euro for towels and 40 euros refundable deposit upon return for towels.

A little later, when arranging safe deposit in room a further deposit of 20 euros was required.

Unfortunately, the machine errored continuously, I joked that it was broken due to the amount of the money they had already taken from me!

The location is fantastic, a short walk to the beach and to the strip, with uber available to get to Old Town. If you want to get laid and are under 25 go to the strip otherwise go to Old Town, which full of amazing bars, clubs and a beautiful beach. Ask uber to drop you at the escalators !

The hotel is part of a chain, with 3 additional hotels. One right next door and the other two across the road. This gives you the opportunity to access lots of addional facilities and restaurants.

The pool is a good size and depth. It opens at 9 am and you will need to be early to be assured of a lounger.

Overall, room was below expectation but acceptable with the added kitchen and lounge. Housekeeping and reception were good, dining room staff were exceptional- shout out to Sandeep and Danilo !
Holiday was excellent and we will be returning.

I would not recommend this hotel for families. It’s a hotel full of 18-30 lad and girl groups. Hotel is outdated and in need of refurb- doesn’t look like pictures Our room wasn’t clean. Food is poor, specialty restaurants are set menu and you get what you’re given, and it is definitely not an all inclusive that you’ve experienced before. Hotel entertainment is also low quality when there is some.

Edgar organised very fun interactive darts tournament and water polo game in afternoon, keeping all the tourists having fun! Would recommend coming back!

Edgar and cinder are amazing guys. The best entertainment I have ever seen. We played water polo and darts. Honestly the world needs to be full of Edgar and cinder. Thank you lads

Es ist einfach zu laut. Jeder macht Party in dem Hotel.

Bar service is really good. Denys always made us laugh and was very kind and friendly. Rooms were cleaned very well and food at the restaurants were good.

Hotel is clean and tidy, cleaners working hard to provide this. We had our room serviced everyday and were provided with clean towels. However I would take your own toiletries as they only provide hand soap and a soap dispenser over the bath. A very lively hotel, some people might not enjoy the noise at night/early hours but if they read the reviews then they should know what to expect. The staff are all friendly however some don’t stick to the two drinks per person rule & it seems if your face fits you can get 4 or even 6 drinks which seems unfair. Food in all the restaurants was very nice and plenty of choice with themed nights. All in all tho we had a good holiday.

This is our fourth time visiting the MGM Muthu resort and once agin, we hand a fantastic time. Aside from the food and drink that was taken care of by the staff, the entertainment team were top tier in our opinion. The dancers and singers a.k.a. the Animacion (Boris, Lauro, Rey, Nirma, and Dayena) were some of the best we have ever seen. The talent is world-class. Not only did they deliver fantastic shows every day, they also had daytime activities. They also were kind, friendly, and welcomed everyone to participate. We will definitely visit again, and we are excited to see them perform and entertain us next time.
