Beautiful room and ideal location for Cala Gogone.
Pros:

Our room was excellent, really big and we loved the jacuzzi Bath! Great swimming pool too and it was nice having a free shuttle bus available.

Cons:

I asked for something special to be done for our anniversary in our room, ie Prosecco or flowers in the room but was just given a price list for items…a complimentary gift would have been nice instead as the room was expensive.

Zwembad maar open tot 19u en je mocht ook niet op de stoeltjes blijven liggen.

+ Generell schönes, gut in Stand gehaltenes Hotel
+ Shuttleservice da sich das Hotel nicht im Zentrum befindet

Cons:

- Bett war wirklich sehr hart und unbequem
- alte Klimaanlage die direkt auf das Bett bläst, wenn man sie aber austellt wird es schnell heiss und stickig, wir wurden beide krank deshalb. Fenster öffnen wegen dem Verkehr auch keine Option
- Frühstücksbuffet war ok, aber Kaffee nur aus einem Automaten
- Parking kostet 15€ pro Nacht (überdeckt und überwacht), man zahlt auch 3€ wenn man das Gepäck bei der Lobby lassen will vor dem Zimmer Check in. Pool Bar überteuert, 4€ für eine Dose Cola Zero.

As estrelas desse hotel não estão condizentes com a estrutura e com o valor praticado, pelo valor era esperado algo muit

A estrutura da piscina, a localização e a vista que são privilegiadas, a van que transporta até o centro ou mesmo o ponto de ônibus (gratuito da cidade) e o restaurante La Poltrona que é muito próximo e excelente.

Cons:

As toalhas eram super finas para um hotel dessa categoria, algumas continham furos.
A cortina apresentava rasgos/furos .
O secador de cabelo é o ponto alto da péssima experiência (secador de parede que parecia um aspirador de pó, super antigo).
Os sucos do café da manhã eram notoriamente industrializados, os próprios cafés / capuccinos que são de máquina são de pessima qualidade.

Pros:

Il modo di come siamo stati trattati . Già al nostro arrivo in moto la prima cosa che ci ha chiesto Luca il proprietario e’ stata se volevamo metterla all’interno della struttura e poi , visto che noi siamo persone sportive , abbiamo chiesto se a colazione era possibile avere delle uova . Luca si è prestato subito e al mattino successivo le ha fatte trovare pronte . Non sono cose scontate queste . La camera era perfetta e pulita . Consiglio vivamente per chi passa di li , di andare senza neanche pensarci . E poi il ristorante TOP !

Très décevant pour un établissement qui se veut 4 étoiles. La qualité du restaurant n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur : carbonara sans goût, très peu de lardons, fort arrière-goût d’œuf et fromage sans saveur. Le tiramisu, pourtant maison, était également décevant pour 10 €. Au petit-déjeuner, les œufs brouillés sont secs et l’offre salée très limitée et peu qualitative. Seul point positif : les nombreuses pâtisseries et gâteaux, qui sont bons.

Le service est également très décevant, notamment l’attitude du responsable qui nous accueille au restaurant. À chaque fois qu’il a voulu nous placer au petit-déjeuner, nous étions seulement cinq personnes dans la salle, avec énormément de tables libres, donc nous ne comprenons absolument pas pourquoi nous ne pouvions pas choisir nous-mêmes où nous installer. Le premier matin, nous avons pu nous asseoir librement. Dès le deuxième matin, il nous a arrêtés à l’entrée pour nous placer, puis le troisième jour, après nous être installés nous-mêmes, il est venu nous faire remarquer à notre table que nous aurions dû attendre qu’on nous place. Depuis quand doit-on attendre qu’on nous désigne une table pour prendre son petit-déjeuner dans un hôtel 4 étoiles ? On se serait cru en colonie de vacances. Une attitude particulièrement désagréable et peu accueillante.

Le soir, nous avons également attendu très longtemps après notre plat pour pouvoir commander un dessert, alors que le personnel circulait sans réellement s’occuper de nous.

Enfin, l’insonorisation est très mauvaise , nous entendions les voisins, notamment jusque dans leur salle de bain, ainsi que tous les bruits du couloir. Difficile de passer de bonnes nuits dans ces conditions.

Une expérience globalement très décevante au regard du standing et du prix de l’établissement.

Lovely hotel in a brilliant town, with great views and facilities!
Pros:

The view was insane - we weren’t expecting a sea view and we were blown away by the view! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was huge! The pool was fantastic and a welcome break from beach hopping - all the staff were great, the shuttle was helpful and the parking gave peace of mind.

Cons:

Be aware the hotel is high up so whilst it’s only a km, it’s all up hill when walking back which you’ll have to do at night as both the town and hotel shuttles stop early in the evening. The parking was also €15/night and a very tight fit.
