Spine della corrente vicino ai letti non pervenute, vista piano terra che se so aprono le tende la gente vede tutto da fuori , per accedere ai servizi ci sono poche indicazioni sui muri e ci si perde.

FAUSSE DESCRIPTION DE L’HÔTEL ! HOTEL A FUIR
Pros:

Le minibar gratuit, le bus en face de l’hôtel mais très loin du centre ville 1h de bus pour rejoindre le centre de Rome, la chambre est belle, l’hôtel est moderne.

Cons:

Dès l’arrivée, manque de transparence, la veille de l’arrivée, nous avons contacter l’hôtel afin de pouvoir anticiper notre arrivée, l’hôtel a accepté or lorsque nous sommes arrivée, la personne à l’accueil nous demande de patienter une quinzaine de minutes, au final nous avons attendu 1h car la chambre n’était pas prête, manque de transparence et de professionnalisme.

Le lendemain une femme brune à l’accueil, petite de taille, à la coupe de cheveux carré très très gentille elle nous as aider dans toutes nos démarches.

De plus, sur booking, aucune informations concernant la piscine qu’elle soit payante !! 15€/jour/pers, pour un hôtel 4 étoiles inadmissible de devoir payant la piscine qu’on nous montre en première photo, de plus celle ci n’appartient pas à l’hôtel mais au centre dans un autre bâtiment il faut donc traverser la route pour y accéder, l’achat d’un bonnet et d’un maillot de bain est OBLIGATOIRE, inadmissible car en aucun cas dans les informations de l’hôtel cela est écrit et a aucun moment la personne de l’accueil nous la préciser donc nous sommes arrivée devant la piscine c’était interdit pour nous car on avait ni bonnet, ni maillot de bain !! PISCINE MUNICIPALE de ROME !!! Tout le monde que ce soit extérieur à l’hôtel ont accès à la piscine, beaucoup de monde !! Inadmissible

Le petit déjeuner est catastrophique, pour un hôtel 4 étoiles filantes vraiment déguelasse, les œufs était pourris, on doit demander pour nous servir, pas d’œufs au plat, seulement des œufs brouillés tout pâteux, le choix est très restreints, de plus les horaires sont très mal choisis, la fermeture du petit déjeuner est à 9h30 beaucoup trop tôt.

La propreté de la chambre est à revoir, poils dans les draps et couette, mauvaises odeur et poussières sur la literie et sur les tables.
