We like the decor and proximity to the restaurants and live music venues.

Cons:

The a/c thermostat was not working and I couldn’t adjust the temperature . My wife was uncomfortable during the night. And normally she sleeps
without any difficulty .

Pros:

Love it here!!! I've stayed here a few times now and have always had THEE BEST experience!! I can never remember the young man's name that works overnight but HE NEEDS A RAISE AND A PROMOTION ‼️ Always takes great care of me every time I've stayed. He's literally the reason I will continue to stay at this location. Clean, New and Amazing‼️ Love you Indigo‼️

Nice downtown stay
Pros:

Lovely, friendly staff both at front desk and in the restaurant. Great location, right in downtown. Big, comfortable room. I would stay here again

Cons:

On-site restaurant was expensive for breakfast (although staff were amazing). I was asked to move to another hotel (Hotel Napoleon, next door) for the final night of my stay, which was a minor inconvenience. Staff were lovely about this situation though - all Donald Trump's fault!

Great location, modern decor, super friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Modern decor and good location. The night staff, in particular, Sadarius, was extremely warm, friendly and helpful. He was very helpful and guiding us on parking and how to unload our bags and he gave us a great dinner recommendations. He is a shining star and would make us want to return.

Cons:

Despite having a modern decor, the cleaning could’ve been a little more diligent. I shared this with the management and they were very receptive and seemed grateful for the feedback. I’m confident they will follow up.
