Nos quedamos una famila de 4 y nuestra perrita. Esta todo genial, aire acondicionado en la habitación y zonas comunes del aparthotel. Las camas y almohadas super comodas. Todo super limpio. Con máquina de café nexpresso y con una cocina muy equipada. La ubicacion perfecta, a 10 minutos del lago andando. Aparcamiento debajo a un precio diario razonable. Todos los.empleadoa super amables. Lo recomiendo.

Voldoende verblijf, fijne locatie, maar zullen het niet nog eens boeken.
Pros:

De ligging is heel prettig. Je kan vanaf het hotel lopend richting het centrum. Het centrum is heel gezellig, veel restaurants, cafés en winkeltjes. En je kan heerlijk wandelen langs het meer van Annecy.

Cons:

Het is allemaal wat gedateerd, hygiëne niet heel erg geweldig (wordt ook alleen schoongemaakt als je langer dan 8 dagen blijft). Handdoeken kan je wel bij de receptie vragen. En het ontbijt is voldoende, maar niet heel veel keuze en het is daar snel druk. De lift zorgt voor ergernis; lang wachten, veel kapot en stopt iedere keer op 0.

Pros:

Le personnel est toujours charmant, ce n'est pas ma première expérience et j'y reviens toujours. L'emplacement est idéal.

Cons:

L'accès au parking est toujours un peu compliqué. Déjà c'est très étroit et le numéro sur le parking ne fonctionnait pas. Au milieu de la circulation l'entrée peut être un peu stressante. L'ascenseur en panne c'est vraiment embêtant. Mais finalement peut-être plus pour les nouveaux arrivants et surtout pour le personnel, mais bon, les escaliers en colimasson ont fait l'affaire.
