Cons:

Arrived at 2 pm . Was then told room wouldn’t be ready till 3 pm. Fair enough but wasn’t offered a 2 pm check in for 30 euros which clearly states on website . We were abandoned with 4 other couples also waiting to check in. The 4 staff were at reception having a laugh and a giggle. There was a dirty mop and mop pail sitting at reception also.
We were pointed to a coffee machine with no cups and a water dispenser with no plastic cups.
