Bonne situation, mais management peu orienté client

L'emplacement est pratique. On peut tout visiter à pied

Cons:

L’hôtel est bien situé. Cependant le management et de service client sont à revoir.
J’ai demandé un alignement sur le tarif affiché en ligne ou une alternative avantageuse pour une réservation directe.
Au lieu d’une réponse simple et rapide, j’ai reçu plusieurs demandes de vérification, un contrôle excessif, et une attente de plus de 24h.
Aucune flexibilité, aucune proposition commerciale, et une communication peu orientée client.
J’ai finalement réservé en quelques secondes via Booking.com, ce qui contraste fortement avec la gestion interne de l’hôtel.
Dommage, car l’emplacement est excellent.

Le personnel de ménage qui est venu frapper à ma porte à 10 H 30 le jour de mon départ....Ca faisait un peu tôt alors que la restitution des appartements est prévue à 11 h.

Cons:

Le canapé lit. Il n etait pas fait a notre arrivee, nous avons du prendre les draps dans l armoire et le faire.

Very average apart hotel .. quite run down too
Pros:

Breakfast was really bad and the receptionist who takes over in the afternoon is very rude and curt. Not very helpful ..my way or the high way attitude.First night the air condition did not work .. inspite of a request fr a change of room . Which got done the next day .. on request to the manager , who refused to come to the fore front on the first evening.

Great location and large space for an extended break
Pros:

Staying in an aparthotel was great for five nights because we had the extra space to relax. The couch and tv set-up was good and there was a dining table and four chairs. We really liked that the toilet was separate from the rest of the bathroom – a brilliant design. Big windows let in lots of light. Great reading lamps next to the bed. We were there in a heatwave so having the air-conditioning was brilliant. Breakfast was good, with many choices and nice coffee. It was a nice stroll through the city to get to the lake. Paid parking on site was worth the cost (16 Euros per night) to keep the car undercover and safe the whole time. If you arrived by train this would be a very easy place to walk to.

Cons:

Our room overlooked the carpark entrance (we were on the 5th floor) so we heard the carpark entrance code being typed into the machine a lot. Traffic at the roundabout there also meant sleeping with the window open wasn't really an option. Maybe a room facing another direction wouldn't have this noise – but maybe external noise is everywhere due to the hotel's central location.
Only minor things, but the rubber around the shower door was mouldy and the water pressure was really soft.
