Don’t bother staying here

Convenient and clean.

Cons:

Front desk staff, same women on arrival & departure made us feel like we were not welcome. When asked to have 1 of the 2 rooms put on other couples CC she took their card. At departure it did not happen. Asked to have it fixed and her reply was they never gave her their CC. If you really need it , I guess I can do it. Our friends said Wow, nice service and left. She was very rude. We will not be back!

Unfortunately our room was next to the elevator and whenever the elevator went up or down we could hear it in our room.

Very pleasant.
Pros:

Breakfast was great.

Cons:

The pool doesn't open until 9am, and we had to check out at 10am. It would have been great to spend more time swimming with my kids. I don't know why the delay, as there was no staff checking on the pool that we could ever see.

Pros:

Great location…close to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and Burton’s Bar and Grill…coffee shop and massage parlor in the adjacent strip mall.

Overall a good stay-clean, great breakfasts, and convenient location, although soundproofing could be better .
Pros:

Location for me was great. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. Staff was friendly for New England

Cons:

I could hear doors close during the night. The toilet was low.

Cons:

I specifically chose this hotel because it had a indoor pool. Shortly after getting in we realized a light fixture was floating in the deep.end that could of caused serious harm to my child and myself. We had to get out and not swim anymore. There was also a ant infestation in the pool area and there were ants everywhere which was disgusting.
