Pros:

The hotel is very close to the station. It is clean and modern. The breakfast is excellent. Great toiletries. Friendly staff.
Overall great.

Cons:

The room is really for one person. The bed is big enough for 2 but it is against a wall. There is no room for luggage at all. The aircon is centrally controlled and was set too warm. You can't open a window.
We attempted their electronic check-in, but it failed, and we had to repeat the whole process manually.

Very comfortable 2-night stay
Pros:

The location of the hotel is near Yamagata Station and the bus terminal. There were also a lot of attractions to visit within the Yamagata Station area. The staff were also kind and polite. The included breakfast is good and complete to start the day. The room is spacious enough and has complete toiletries that I need (body wash, shampoo, and conditioner). Overall, I would choose this place again if I visit Yamagata City again.

Cons:

Maybe they can improve the night wear they provide. I was kind of not comfortable with its design.
