Pros:

The hotel is in a convenient location, very close to the train station, and in easy walking distance to shops and the castle. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed.

Cons:

The hotel was undergoing renovation when I stayed there, and the building was wrapped in scaffolding. There was some construction noise during the day.

立地の良いホテル
Pros:

駅から近く観光等移動にとても便利でした。
他口コミにも書かれている通り、決して新しいホテルでは無いですが清掃が行き届いており、清潔感があり快適に過ごす事が出来ました。
(個人的にはベットが硬すぎず柔らか過ぎずでとても良かったです)

ライブの遠征でお世話になりました。
駅近で隣にコンビニがありとても便利。
建物自体は新しくは無さそうですが、掃除が行き届いていて清潔だし、床や壁も綺麗。
朝食の種類がサービスとは思えない程充実している。芋煮がとても美味しかった。2連泊したが、おかずも変化があり、物価高騰下で企業努力を感じた。
スタッフさん達の気遣い、挨拶、笑顔等、感じがとても良くとてもレベルが高い。常にスタッフさんが受付に居て安心。
駅近なのに室内はとても静か(廊下での話し声は聞こえる)。
お手頃価格で、価格以上のサービス。

Cons:

特にありません。
他の方のコメントの中には、エレベータが一つで遅いとありました。
確かにタイミングによっては待ちますが、時間に余裕を持って行動していたし、繁忙期でも無かったので、私は不便はなかったです。

嫌な感じは無かったです。
Pros:

朝食に山形の名物、芋煮が提供されていてとても嬉しかった。御飯も美味しかったです。
枕の高さや柔らかさが良かった。
スタッフの応対が爽やかで良かった。

Cons:

お部屋清潔感が無かった（掃除が意行き届いてない）点が一部あり。自分が地元ホテルのハウスキーパーしていたので視点がそこに向いたのかもしれませんが、初日ベッドサイドの棚？が埃で覆われていた。ベッドメイクの後チェックするべきかな。シャンプーの液の塊が洗面台蛇口後ろにあった。翌日の清掃ではきちんと拭き取られていました。

お得感があった。機会があればまた泊まりたい

ウェルカムドリンクや朝食などがついていながら繁忙期であの宿泊価格は心配になるほど。もちろん部屋も清潔だった。

枕が低くて寝づらかった。これは個人差があるので一概に悪いとは言えないが
