とにかく普通

パーフェクト！
Pros:

充分にお掃除が丁寧にされていました。また､お掃除スタッフの方が朝のご挨拶も朗らかに声をかけてくださいました。
フロントの方はチェックイン直前の問合せの時から丁寧で爽やかな口調で応対してくれ安心感がありました。
翌朝､朝食時もスタッフの方の朝の笑顔や､メニュー説明も判りやすかったです。朝食も美味しかったです。5種類彩り野菜白味噌仕立ての味付けは特に美味しかったです。
また特にフロントスタッフの方で､Hotelにあったチェックアウト日､当日のイベントチラシの質問の対応の速さが素晴らしかったです。冷蔵庫内の忘れ物にも対応の素晴らしさが表れていました。

Cons:

今回､初めての宿泊でしたが､良くなかった点は全くありませんでした。

Pros:

住宿空間地點絕佳位於山形車站前且隔壁即是便利商店，週遭亦有許多餐廳及小店可以光顧。Check in 時有自助機台且系統有繁體中文可以選擇。這次一共停留兩晚，住房有提供免費早餐，兩張單人床的房型空間適中，開大型行李箱不是問題。

Pros:

An excellent location next to the train station. A modern hotel with all commodities, including a launderette.
An excellent price considering the breakfast is included.
Lots of dinner opportunities nearby.

Cons:

The double rooms are quite small, the bed was against the wall, so in order to get out of bed one person has to climb over the other one.
Better go for the twin room, but it's more expensive.

Pros:

The hotel is in a convenient location, very close to the train station, and in easy walking distance to shops and the castle. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed.

Cons:

The hotel was undergoing renovation when I stayed there, and the building was wrapped in scaffolding. There was some construction noise during the day.
