嫌な感じは無かったです。
Pros:

朝食に山形の名物、芋煮が提供されていてとても嬉しかった。御飯も美味しかったです。
枕の高さや柔らかさが良かった。
スタッフの応対が爽やかで良かった。

Cons:

お部屋清潔感が無かった（掃除が意行き届いてない）点が一部あり。自分が地元ホテルのハウスキーパーしていたので視点がそこに向いたのかもしれませんが、初日ベッドサイドの棚？が埃で覆われていた。ベッドメイクの後チェックするべきかな。シャンプーの液の塊が洗面台蛇口後ろにあった。翌日の清掃ではきちんと拭き取られていました。

お得感があった。機会があればまた泊まりたい
Pros:

ウェルカムドリンクや朝食などがついていながら繁忙期であの宿泊価格は心配になるほど。もちろん部屋も清潔だった。

Cons:

枕が低くて寝づらかった。これは個人差があるので一概に悪いとは言えないが

駅近で良かった。ウエルカムコーヒー，レモン水など有り難かった。

Cons:

トイレの蓋がガタガタしていた。
朝食時，パン用のお皿を用意しておいて欲しかった。バター用のナイフも欲しかった。

A decent bargain hotel.
Pros:

Good location, right near the train station. The room is larger than a lot of business hotels. Lots of clothes hangers in the room.

Cons:

The complimentary breakfast was only fair, and the breakfast room is too small. 10 floors, 100+ rooms and only 1 elevator. The neighborhood seems to be a nightlife area, so it’s noisy if you have your window open to get some air at night.
