I sincerely love this hotel for its cleanliness, great customer service, location, and staff Each member of the Hilton staff provides impeccable customer service. Every one greets you when you walk in with a smile . My room was cleaned to perfection. I had no issues. I met with Jeff and Nikki at the bell Captin desk and they are true gems . Very friendly and so helpful. The location is close to everything. I will come back again.

Donnie in Guest Services never fails to greet you with a smile and get your room as efficiently as possible. We had a Camden Yards home plate view room and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel and room were spacious and clean. We had the buffet breakfast where Elba served us in a very professional and personable manner. Ben was also an excellent server the night before and suggested I order a salad with salmon, which was amazing! Kudos to the chef! 😊We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.

The Baltimore Hilton is an exceptional place to stay—perfectly located next to the convention center and just a short walk to the Inner Harbor. The convenience alone makes it a top choice, but what truly sets this hotel apart is its people.
From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed like part of a community. Team members like Cin’Cere and Kasey create an immediate sense of warmth and assurance with their genuine hospitality. The guest experience is elevated even further by Folu, Kennedy, Mohammad, and Tiffany, who thoughtfully check in electronically to ensure everything is going well.
A special thank you to Tiffany, whose attentiveness and personalized communication via text made my stay especially comfortable. It’s those extra touches that leave a lasting impression.
At the bar, “T” stands out with a no-nonsense style paired with impressive multitasking—keeping service efficient while still engaging guests in lively conversation.
Behind the scenes, Val and Shirley maintain a spotless environment, particularly in the well-equipped fitness center, while Mihmet ensures the housekeeping team is fully supported and operating at a high level—no small task during a busy convention.
This isn’t just a hotel—it’s a team of professionals who genuinely care about the guest experience. Highly recommended.

And this is coming from an avid traveler and country counter. What a fantastic hotel. I visited for the Phi Theta Kappa Catalyst Conference, and the entire staff was exceptional.
Most notably, Alex went above and beyond. While I was staying on the 11th floor and having trouble getting water, Alex personally stepped in, brought water to me, and completely resolved the issue. It genuinely brightened my day and left such a strong impression that I can’t help but sing the hotel’s praises.
Excellent service at your Hilton Baltimore from Cache, Chef Northan and all your staff today at breakfast. What a beautiful facility! We can’t wait to return. Your staff are happy, relaxed and so helpful. Each one deserve a raise!

Chef Northan, did a great job of taking care of me and my colleague and made us really feel important. I also noticed him giving special attention to someone who came close to the end. He went out of his way, to fix her omelets . He's a great staff addition.
I haven’t even arrived for my stay yet, but I wanted to take the time to publicly thank Daniel (front desk/reservations/customer delight) for helping me with a snafu with my reservation at the last minute! He was thoughtful and patient with me, took time to understand my dilemma, and brainstormed different ways to help resolve the situation. Thank you, Daniel, for helping navigate a difficult situation with calm, positivity, and humor!
