Our stay was still very good!
Pros:

The location was awesome. A great vibe and the staff was very helpful when needed.

Cons:

The beds were way too hard and had to ask for room to be cleaned. The last night there we had to ask for towels because our room was skipped by housekeeping.

Not as updated as we hoped, beds were not very comfortable and rooms were muggy. All sodas in the soda machine were out of date, and nowhere else to get something to drink after 11pm.

Location close to football stadium and overlooking baseball stadium

Cons:

Room pretty ordinary for the price. As a senior would have preferred a walk in shower rather than a bath tub.

Amazing service and friendly staff
Pros:

The staff was so friendly and helpful. My 11 year old refused to sleep with either my wife or myself on a full size bed. Gladys went out of her way to get us a roll away bed sent up so we could have a peaceful sleep. Can’t express how great our time here was.

I especially want y to o shout out the staff on Ravens game day. It was hectic but they were awesome

Great location and staff especially at restaraunt and cafe were fantastic. I thought staff at check in also were extremely helpful.
