The Hilton Inner Harbor is connected to the convention center which was very convenient. It’s within walking distance to the inner harbor tourist location. They were on the road but you can see the Orioles park from our room. The restaurant/bar on site is very convenient. All of the staff is very friendly. The room is clean and large. It’s also the first time since Covid that we’ve had a hotel offer room cleaning daily. It shouldn’t be such a nice surprise but it was a great vacation from making my bed every morning. Overall, a fantastic stay!
Service here was excellent and Mo at the front desk was very professional and helpful, and handled a situation that could’ve been bad, very, very well. Would definitely stay here every time I’m in Baltimore!
I was staying in the hotel for the TechNet event. I had an excellent experience with the front desk team. Daniella Alhanova was absolutely amazing. I was having trouble with my connection and needed to get online quickly so I could continue my work. Daniela was able to troubleshoot the issue efficiently and got me connected in no time.
She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly quick at identifying and fixing the problem. Her service and technical expertise made a huge difference as it was critical that I get online quick. Thank you, Daniela, for the excellent support!
I also want to note Mo at the front desk. He was also very friendly and professional and assisted me with my other small inquiries.
Finally, kudos to housekeeping team. Our room was clean and well maintained!
From check in to check out and everything in between- the experience was wonderful! We had a beautiful ballpark view, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the room and bathroom were spacious and clean... cant say enough good things!
Loved the digital key walked straight into elevator to room. The view of the stadium was awesome. The Buffett breakfast today was outstanding. Entire Staff Friendly! This is a “Must Stay” hotel your next trip to Baltimore, MD…
Clean room facing the ballpark. Very clean facility, good location. Staff friendly and professional.clean gym, nice hot tub
Pool was cold
The amazing staff, clean room, the pool was clean and warm. The views of the stadium are spectacular!
Security manager Howard Trice was extremely helpful in finding a lost item. Superman!
Didn't have breakfast. But hotel was very nice
If they would've given me a bag of cash at check in
I’ve stated this hotel over 30 or 40 times since it was built as I come to Baltimore for work quite often. This week Lauren B was absolutely outstanding on the front desk and provided the customer service one should expect from an even nicer hotel. Her friendly nature and willingness to navigate a slightly complicated reservation issue was much appreciated and will bring me back to this hotel next time!
had a wonderful breakfast with a Chef Northan. He was friendly and his customer service was top notch. The omelette he made me was exactly what I asked for and excellent!! Breakfast is my preferred meal of the day, so Chef Northan's meal made it a great way to start the day! Thank you, Chef!
The property was majestic location was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
If I had to complain about something, it would be the service in the coffee shop. It wasn’t terrible, but it could’ve been better.
Excellent desk service.
Excellent accommodations in the room.
Excellent breakfast buffet service and high quality food service!
I had an omelette to order made by Chef Northan that was PERFECT!
All in all, a superb experience!
Highly recommend others use this facility and i ALWAYS will when my business or pleasure travel takes me to the Baltimore’s Inner Harbor!
Property location is perfect for a baseball game!
Parking is convenient but overpriced! $50 for 1 night and it is not validated by the hotel.
Overall, not a bad experience. We weren't told at check-in but you need to schedule housekeeping. There's a Starbucks in the hotel. Ms. Gail provided me with excellent service at Starbucks. The on-site restaurant was very nice; serving breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner. The hotel parking entrance was not easy to navigate and is expensive (no valet service). I'd stay here again.
The hotel was in a great location. Walking distance of multiple attraction type places.
Zahra at the front desk was always helpful and greeted me and others with a great smile and helpful suggestions.
I have stayed at this hotel on business many times over the years. My stay is generally good with very few issues. There were some serious challenges this time related to self parking, from the poor entry instructions during a game day, to unclear procedures for scanning in/out. Things got much better and the specific details are not important, but this is an area for much needed improvement on process and communication.
On a positive note, it is quite comforting when the staff remember you from previous visits and anticipate your wishes before you ask. On this trip, the bartender (I don’t remember her name as I write this review) and Gail, the barista were exceptional examples of what it looks like to have pride in your work. They were both great examples of genuine leadership and good service. I appreciate these two people and countless others who do good work, often unseen.
