Pros:

We used the Hilton Garden Inn as a wedding venue and they were absolutely amazing. The staff was great. The took so much stress off the day. They set everything up for us while we were at the ceremony. 10/10

Always great to stay when I'm in Casper
Pros:

Clean rooms and excellent facilities. Breakfast is always good there too!

Cons:

Not much that I can say negative, other than the front desk seemed to need more help the night of check in.

I sent an email to your customer service hotline with pictures.
Pros:

I have a hard time saying anything I liked. The waitress was very friendly during breakfast but the entirety of the hotel was discussing. Urine smell and stained hotel room.... nasty!

Cons:

The hotel was gross. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel with how expensive it was and how dirty.

Bed was comfortable. PILLOWS ARE WORTHLESS! For looks only.

Cons:

Better pillows that don’t go flat in seconds. Need support for neck and head.

Pros:

The front desk ladies were all very nice and cheerful. It was an easy check in. We actually stayed 3 nights. Motel wasn't busy at all. Very quiet!

Cons:

Fridge in room was very small. Bathroom sink drained very slow, but maintenance fixed it. It was over Christmas...but restaurant was closed...which we understand.
