Há vários anos nos hospedamos no Mercure, sempre pelo excelente atendimento, facilidades e por ser um hotel muito topo em todos os aspectos!! Atendentes muito gentis e educados e toda equipe sempre muito atenciosa!

O único ponto positivo é a localização
Quartos sujos, lençóis sujos amarelados com bolinha e encardidos, o chão do quarto não dava para pisar descalço que o pé ficava sujo. Cama e travesseiro desconfortável, pessima experiencia. Já me hospedei no Mercure de Itajai e a qualidade é muito superior

The location is unbeatable with a fantastic sea view. We also really appreciated the convenience of having beach towels provided by the hotel
The breakfast was disappointing; the selection felt standard and lacked the quality I expect from the Mercure brand. Additionally, the elevators were a major issue: often out of service or moving extremely slowly. We also noted a lack of basic amenities in the room, specifically hot water, cups, and a coffee machine.
