Não temos hábito de consumir cookies, chocolates, e água em lata, e na saída queriam nos cobrar essas 3 coisas como se tivéssemos consumido. Isso me deixou muito chateada.

Que decepcionante, a limpeza deixou a desejar.

A roupa de cama não foi trocada, do cliente anterior. Dormi 3 dias com um edredom sujo, só percebi depois que o desprendi da cama. Foi horrível!
