Pros:

L'emplacement et la literie. Personnel trés accueillant et sympathique.

Cons:

Pas de climatisation contrairement à ce qui est décrit sur booking. Niveau propreté peut miieux faire. Etablissement viellot et qui nécessiterait des travaux d'embellissement.

Pros:

A fost aproape de obiectivele turistice și metrou. Apartament ok pentru o familie cu 2 copii. Raport calitate preț excelent.

Cons:

Pe perioada sejurului nu a intrat nimeni să facă curat sau să ducă gunoiul. Balcon frumos dar foarte murdar. Orice serviciu (curățenie, schimbare prosoape, lenjerie etc.) era contra cost.

Schönes Appartement, ausgestattet mit dem Nötigsten
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, toller, großer Supermarkt direkt vor der Haustür, ruhige Gegend. Wir sind super gerne auch in die Stadt gelaufen, sehr schöner Weg. Das Appartement war perfekt für 2 Personen, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der Balkon ist schön groß.

Cons:

Wir waren zum 2. Mal da und diesmal war es nicht ganz so sauber. Zudem war die Küchenausstattung immer noch eher mau, aber es hat ausgereicht.

Esperienza soddisfacente, luogo vicino alla metro e alle fermate dei bus.
Pros:

La struttura nel complesso è molto bella, la nostra stanza era accogliente e come grandezza adatta a 3 persone, forse in 4 saremmo stati un po stretti ma comunque ben vivibile. Avevamo tutti i servizi base a disposizione, cucina, stoviglie, bollitore, macchina del caffè ecc… una cosa molto comoda che non ho mai visto in Italia è una stanza per il water separata da un bagno più grande con doccia e lavandino, davvero molto comodo. I letti molto comodi anche il divano letto, cuscini e coperte in più e anche asciugamani grandi e piccoli, ci è bastato tutto e ci siamo trovati tutti molto bene, per me soprattutto il divano molto comodo è molto confortevole per mettersi a leggere.
Abbiamo anche avuto un piccolo imprevisto in ascensore (nulla di grave) e la ragazza alla reception è stata molto gentile e ci ha aiutato subito, abbiamo risolto molto velocemente, personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Uniche piccole pecche sono state:
La pressione della doccia, molto debole, non se sia in tutte le camere così o solo nella nostra comunque sia era un po una scocciatura ma vabbè la doccia te la fai lo stesso tranquillamente.
L’unico specchio a figura intera grande non era ben illuminato perché non ce una luce lì vicino quindi bisognava tenere la porta vicina aperta e la luce dell’ingresso accesa e comunque non si vedeva benissimo, ma comunque anche qui non è che non si vedesse nulla si vedeva comunque abbastanza bene.
I “difetti” sono veramente delle piccolezze che non rovinano l’esperienza generale.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel für eine Städtereise
Pros:

Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Hotel für eine Städtereise. Man kann sich selber was zu essen machen und abends das Restaurant nutzen, Wasser/Kaffee kostenlos holen und hat einen guten praktischen Rückzugsort nach einem langen Ausflugstag. Lage mit Metro und Stadtviertel insgesamt sind sehr gut.

Cons:

Zimmer hätten etwas sauberer sein können. Grundreinigung war voll ok, im Detail aber oft noch etwas dreckig, Geschirr nicht ganz sauber u.ä,

Està ben equipat per a poder cuinar i tenir el teu ritme sobretot si viatges amb nens. És ampli.
A la zona de la recepció hi ha una petita zona de jocs.

Cons:

Lluny de les principals atraccions. Si tens poc temps per visitar la ciutat es perd molt de temps en desplaçaments. La parada de metro més pròxima està a uns 8-10 min caminant.
