Pros:

10 minutes walk to metro, small shops close to hotel. Fine kitchen corner in room.

Cons:

Price at booking for 4 nights did not include not small additional hotel fees (135 euro had to be payed more than indicated) plus parking 17 euro per day. There is no other possibility to park your car. Uncomfortable beds (folding). If you want change towels need to pay. In prices like that should be included.

Won’t stay there again.
Pros:

The hotel room was clean.

Cons:

The staff weren’t friendly. I only had one or two persons say hello/goodbye as we came or left.
The bath tub drain was clogged and we stood in the dirty shower water. Gross.
The one wood key didn’t work in the elevator as we tried go down. The door closed and I pressed the bell button. No help. The lights turned off! 😡Then I kept hitting the bell button but nothing! No help or anything.
Finally another traveller came to use the elevator and we went down with him. I took the key to the desk attendant and he didn’t even seem to care 🤷‍♀️ I got upset. He just reprogrammed the key. No sorry or care.

Pros:

Pokój na 3 piętrze z balkonem po wewnętrznej stronie budynku dawał ciszę i spokój. Klimatyzacja, wygodne łóżko, aneks kuchenny, wanna z prysznicem były udogodnieniem pobytu. Blisko sklep spożywczy i dobre połączenie komunikacyjne do centrum.

Cons:

By wjechać do garażu potrzebny jest pin który dostaniesz dopiero jak się zaanonsujesz, przez co musisz zaparkować na ulicy. Garaż jest na minus 2 piętrze i uwaga : samochody powyżej 185 cm NIE WJADĄ ! Tego nie ma w informacji !
W ubikacji brak wieszaka na ręcznik i przykry zapach jak po papierosach.

Que le prix du parking ne soit pas indiqué dans la réservation, c'est surprise en arrivant. Très bruyant si fenêtre ouverte et climatisation bloquée à une certaine température, ce qui fait qu'avec la canicule, c'était compliqué. Les boissons fraîches a disposition qui sont gratuites, n'étaient pas fraîches du tout.

A hotel that needs more cleaning and breakfast staff to function properly.

Cons:

For a hotel that advertises AC, there was none in the breakfast area and the reception was sweltering as well.
Check in was a miserable experience. We arrived for the agreed time of 3:00 PM and were left waiting for our room to be prepared for over an hour longer. Even though we had booked an apartment with 2 twin beds ..not a couch bed, we were given the excuse that this was not available and had to be arranged. Meanwhile reception continued to book dozens of people in and who’s rooms were prepared before ours. The AC in our suite was barely working .
Breakfast service was slow as the one staff member was the cook, the table cleaner and the person responsible to bring out more food. This resulted in many people , like us, waiting for the trays to be refilled.

En tout cas, je ne remettrai pas les pieds là-bas

Bonjour, suite à notre séjour une absence de climatisation dans l’hôtel deuxième lit sur un clic clac, mais la climatisation était un pompon. Ils nous ont ramené des glaçons pour refroidir. Nous voudrons une remise commerciale sur un prochain hôtel s’il vous plaît.
