Terrible experience.
Cons:

We booked an apartment with two single beds and a double bed. But we got two singles beds & a sofa bed with two single mattresses. We did not want a sofa bed. We checked with the reception, and he said they don't have any rooms with double beds only sofa beds are available in all the rooms & that Booking.com listed something they didn't have. He kept blaming Booking.com. We had to waste time discussing this with the reception late night. And then call Booking.com on top of that. We were after 30hours of driving and needed to have a good sleep, but it was ruined. The mattresses kept sliding out of the frame and it had sharp edges. We had to keep getting up in the middle of the night to push them back. They were very old, uncomfortable & the bed covers & quilts were not very clean. I doubt they wash them after being used once as they looked crushed. Unfortunately, we had 4 nights there & due to lack of sleep we could not get up on time the next day & felt very tired. In short, our entire time at Paris was ruined.

The lights were so dim & dingy & it was so hard to look for things, so we had to constantly open the curtains and close them back. We had 4 nights & four people, but they only left two coffee pods.

I have raised the matter with Booking.com on the 15/12/2025, the night I checked in but have not received a resolution so far. There was no value for money. We did not get what we paid for. Either the website needs to be updated with correct details, or the property is cheating the customers. This is a doggy place from what I understood.

Appartamenti piccoli ma completi di tutto il necessario. Molto pulito. Una buona posizione, con servizi vicini (più di un supermercato, uno dei quali aperto fino a molto tardi, farmacie, bar, pizzeria) e metro (numero 4) non troppo distante. In circa 20 minuti si arriva alla fermata chatelet, in 40 alla torre eiffel. Personale disponibile

La localisation, la gentillesse des personnes à l'accueil. le parking.

Cons:

Propreté limite sur la baignoire et les murs de la salle de bain (noir le long de la vitre anti projection notamment).
Sur un plan écologique, pourquoi installer un lave vaisselle pour laver 4 malheureuses assiettes x 2 et 4 verres ? Seulement 2 petites cuillères....
La télévision dans les studios n'est visible que du lit.... Impossible de tourner l'écran vers la table et les deux chaises. Un seul fauteuil.
