Lumiere by Dunton

The 2 bedroom condo we stayed in was unbelievable. It had top of the line appliances, beds were comfortable, etc. On top of just being beautiful, the location to the village is steps away.
We loved Lumber.

Beautiful rooms and staff is always outstanding

Our family loves the Lumiere in Telluride for our ski trips. The staff are so welcoming and take care of you from the beginning of planning rentals, lift tickets, reservations for dinner to whatever you need help with during your stay. My family loves the convenience of the ski valet at level 3R. We simply head down the elevator each morning in our socks to get our boots and skis on for the day. The men in the ski valet are absolutely wonderful and take the best care of you and all your needs. My boys also love that when you exit here at the Lumiere you are taken to Lift 4 versus if you stay lower like the Madeline hotel for example you have to ski down the Meadows and ride lift 1 to get to lift 4. Make sure to get multiple humidifiers for better sleep and we usually crack a door to try and cool off the room and breath easier

We love to stay at Lumiere - it's small and comfortable - the staff is very friendly and helpful. We feel like we are staying with family.

Lumiere with Inspirato was perfect for our mini-moon: secluded, quiet, luxurious, and peaceful. We had such a pleasant stay; the staff were all welcoming and helpful, anticipating our every need. Just a quick walk to the gondola for easy access into town. Definitely recommend!

We could not have been more delighted with the accommodations and staff at Lumiere. We have an architect and an interior designer in our family and tend to be disappointed when we arrive at hotels for the first time but we were elated when we arrived at Lumiere as the spaces was decorated so tastefully and the spaces were generous in size resulting in a very enjoyable stay. Everyone was so friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. We especially appreciated the breakfast food being in place upon arrival as we were very busy during out stay with a rehearsal dinner and wedding.
I would be shocked if there is a better place to stay in Telluride based on the quality of the accommodations and the amazing staff. I am grateful to have enjoyed such an amazing stay at Lumiere!

The staff was great. The location is perfect for visiting Telluride, a free gondola ride down to town.

Everything about this property - from the location to the people made for a memorable experience! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Dining at Ania’s Table was the cherry on top of an already excellent stay! We will definitely be back!

Elevator was not working and family had to lug all luggage down 4 flights of stairs. Front desk was ZERO help.
Fire alarm went off at 4:30 AM which caused evacuation of hotel. No one from management was present outside to render any information

Resort was amazing and staff are super attentive and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a ski valet ski in and out boutique hotel with five star amenities and staff. Boutique hotel has Wolf appliances and top notch pool and hot tub.

It was the most beautiful place I've seen w my own 2 eyes. It's indescribable how gorgeous it was.

This place deserves a rating much higher than 10. It is the single nicest place I've stayed while using Booking, from the front desk staff to the valet to the general manager to the facilities. Start with the arrival - met by a valet who took our luggage and met us at our room. Never lifted a finger. We checked in at the front desk and it was seamless. They even upgraded us! The front desk person gave us a tour that included all the little things - how the tv worked, how radiant heating worked, wifi code, and breakfast. Our valet Sam brought up our bags and told us a few secret hikes and drives in the area. The room was clean and had everything we needed including robes, towels and nice amenities including nespresso coffee. They even supplied us with some powder that helps with the altitude and a bottle of sunscreen - a nice touch. The breakfast was not just a muffin and juice basket. It was the whole package, eggs, butter, local bacon, local granola, local yougert, and they resupplied it each morning. As an added bonus, the General Manager brought us a nice bottle of red wine - again a nice touch. Jose - another valet also filled us in on some local secret drives which was much appreciated. The whole experience was just way more than we expected.

We have stayed at Lumiere numerous times over the years. Once we first experienced this exceptional hotel, we have made it our “go to” place.
Hands on owners, Bas and Clare, along with their exceptional staff, make sure we have a wonderful Colorado experience.

I have rarely had accommodations and staff so wonderful and welcoming. I highly recommend Lumiere. Our unit had wonderful complimentary breakfast foods, coffee and a bottle of wine. All of the staff were amazing, and I am surprised that Lumiere was only awarded 4 Diamonds!

The Lumiere is conveniently located in Mountain Village, steps from the gondola to Telluride proper and another gondola to the Village Market.

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect and comfortable for us. The rooms are very clean and up to date! Great location and easy to get to things. We would love to stay here again in the future.

I found this place on Travelocity/Expedia, and it exceeded all of my expectations. Great accomodations and extremely helpful and friendly staff! The location is nearly perfect, as it is right next to both the Moutain Village and Telluride gondolas. No car needed!
