Pros:

L'organizzazione generale con un corridoio che conduce sino al ristorante "Il tartufo", consigliato per la sua qualità e la grande varietà di piatti, compresi quelli vegani che non è facile reperire in questa parte di territorio umbro (Valnerina).
In particolare, vi è la massima cura in addobbi ed installazioni nel periodo natalizio.

Cons:

Il parere è relativo al periodo invernale, in particolare:

- È consigliabile trattare le aree esterne con sale od altri accorgimenti in quanto negli stalli di parcheggio non mancava formazione di ghiaccio che può costare cadute anche rovinose (non è il massimo per un soggiorno vacanziero, nonostante sia presente un ospedale a Cascia);

- Le camere hanno un sistema di condizionamento quasi incoercibile con temperatura fissa a 24°C-25°C con ingente escursione termica con l'ambiente esterno (nelle prime ore serali anche a -6°C); oltre a ciò, le nottate non conciliano il sonno, la secchezza delle mucose e continui risvegli (madidi di sudore, come fosse estate) non sono il massimo;

- mancano appoggi per le asciugamani, sia per mani che i testimoni, rendendone complessa la gestione nel corso di soggiorno per più persone;
- nel caso specifico della camera assegnata, il letto matrimoniale è ottenuto da 2 materassi uniti e non era particolarmente comodi, nonostante un importante spessore dello stesso;

- attenzione alle pulizie, trovare un mozzicone di sigaretta in bagno è insolito.

Tutti i punti segnalati hanno solo lo scopo di indicare aspetti migliorativi per rendere ancor più piacevole il periodo di visita.
