Pros:

They canceled my reservation the morning I was leaving to see a concert at the financial field, because I was paying 700 for 3 nights and I booked back in January , and now they wanted to charge 2200 for 3 nights instead!!!! I had to get another hotel 30 mins away from the city and spend 500 dollars just on Ubers. I was so upset, and disappointed that this is how things are now. Everything is all about money and how businesses can screw the people!!!! We ran into another couple and they said the same thing happened to them with this same hotel. Booking I recommend you take them off your list !

Cons:

Only reason I booked the hotel was because of the pool. Called the property after booking to check out some early check in options. They couldn’t guarantee that but said we can use the pool while waiting for our check in time. Called again the morning of reservation to double check about the pool, they assured me not a problem, we could use it when we get in. As soon as we got there the front desk woman told us it wasn’t open. Told me it was closed for cleaning then separately told my husband it was down and an outside company needed to come in and said the issue had just happened before we arrived. Only to be told by a different staff member that the pool had been closed the entire week. I’m trying to get my money back. No one has responded.

Won't stay again, didn't feel welcomed.
Cons:

The service at the bar and the front desk was lacking, they were basically hanging out together, with friends making it awkward to interact.

Not a great hotel stay

It was in a good location and the room was okay.

Cons:

From the first day we got here the noise level has been constant. We experienced children running through the hotel unsupervised everyday. In the morning before the day even starts you are woken up to people being extremely loud. In the middle of the day if you’re trying to get a nap people are playing music excessively loud. At night after 11 your woken up by people arguing in the halls or talking loudly. The staff did nothing about the noise or the children running around. In the hallways people leave their trash and towels in the floors. This is the first hotel I have been to that I will not be returning to.

Cons:

I stayed on a bad night. Several busloads of foreign youth soccer players were checking in and they were loud in the hallway all night long the night before an early flight.
