TERRIBLE DON’T STAY HERE!!!

Avoid this hotel at all costs. If you value your vehicle, do not leave it parked here. We were away for eight days and received a notification that our car alarm went off just two days into the trip — in broad daylight at 11:00 a.m. When we returned, we found the car partially dismantled with several parts stolen. The hotel staff was aware of the situation, and we learned that multiple other cars in the lot had also been targeted. When we filed a police report, officers told us this happens frequently at this location. Because of severe weather, we couldn’t get a tow immediately and had to leave the car overnight. By the next morning, even more parts — including the passenger door — had been stolen. The hotel refuses to take responsibility, and given how common this seems to be, it raises serious concerns about what’s really happening. Please read the reviews and be extremely cautious. This place is not safe.

Car parts stolen, and then stolen again 24 hours later!!
Pros:

Friend's car had his front bumper, headlights, and front hood stolen from his car in this parking lot. Came back after a day to get it towed, and the passenger side door got stolen!! After they were told parts were already stolen off the damn car!

The room was dirty, no curtain in the window, and there was no hot water in the entire complex. Do yourself a favor, and do not book a stay here.

I was forced to pay at the desk for a room I booked through this app. Now I have double charges on my credit card and I’m forced to work with the hotel again to try to resolve this or pay hundreds more.
