Nothing. This was the worst hotel experience of my entire life.
Nobody seems to maintain this hotel, and neither management nor staff appear to care about their guests or their experience.
We were given a room with a bed that someone had urinated on. The cleaning staff simply changed the sheets and gave the same room to another guest. We were moved twice in the middle of the night with our little baby, and we were supposedly promised a full refund. However, my card was charged as if nothing had happened.
Don't expect to be able to speak with a manager. We tried to address the situation at checkout and followed up a few days later, but nobody seemed to care or even want to hear our complaint.
This was a disgusting and completely unacceptable experience. Avoid this hotel whenever possible.
Comfortable room, dark, quiet, nicely outfitted. The staff was wonderful! Extra shout out to Earline in the kitchen. She was absolutely delightful. The shuttle was convenient and the drivers were superb.
Two of the lights in my room didn't work, which wasn't a huge deal. The bigger concern is that I booked last minute through booking.com because of a canceled flight. My total with taxes and fees was $147. When I got to the hotel I was charged $197. Not okay, but I was just too exhausted to argue it.
Close to the airport
Rooms are not clean and lack of urgency to solve a problem.
When I arrive the bathroom was dirty with Popo 💩 I call front desk and no one came so I call again to request a new room. I have to pack again to move all my stuffs to a very distance room… no one help me.
The cleanliness and the indoor pool
Elevator wasn't work and we are seniors on the 3rd floor. This place needs some remodeling
The shuttle service was awful. We waited an hour
And made 3 calls to hotel. The driver was aggressive
The check in desk attendants were so kind and helpful
I thought the decor was beautiful and modern - but lost some of the basic necessities such as a soap dish in the shower or some place in the shower to place my own body wash

They canceled my reservation the morning I was leaving to see a concert at the financial field, because I was paying 700 for 3 nights and I booked back in January , and now they wanted to charge 2200 for 3 nights instead!!!! I had to get another hotel 30 mins away from the city and spend 500 dollars just on Ubers. I was so upset, and disappointed that this is how things are now. Everything is all about money and how businesses can screw the people!!!! We ran into another couple and they said the same thing happened to them with this same hotel. Booking I recommend you take them off your list !
