Mit dem Zimmer muss man etwas Glück haben. Wir haben den "alten" Trackt durch Zufall gesehen und der wäre keine 2 Sterne wert gewesen. Der neue Trackt ist absolut in Ordnung

Früstücksbuffet eine ABSOLUTE Katastrophe von der Qualität und dem Service.

Não é nem de longe um hotel 4 estrelas. É um hotel de excursões o que cria inúmeros problemas. Frigobar vazio no quarto. Janela não veda barulho e o hotel fica ao lado de um parque de diversões onde se faz shows nos fins de semana. Falta de reposição de comidas no café da manhã e sem variedades dos alimentos oferecidos. Ninguém para ajudar com as bagagens.

Viaggio con famiglia per solo 2 notti, cmq camera ben organizzata e bagno spazioso e funzionale.
Personale rispettoso e disponibile, da curare gli esterni, visto che la struttura si trova in una zona un po' isolata e buia.

Tutto bene, personale molto dipsonibile e professionale
Arredamento e e bagni sono un po' datati

the hotel is in the industrial district of Arzignano. it is an Hotel once upon a time a quite good hotel but now it needs a significant renowation. in particular the carpets are in bad shape full of stains. the fornitures are from the '70s but i do not complain for this. the real problem for a person traveling for work is the scarcity of plugs. today is a real problem. to charge the computer and the phone I have to unplug a bed lamp.
I used the restaurant for dinner using the daily menu. sufficient. the personnel was indeed very gently. the let me use a conference room for a morning because I need to do a very reserved conference call. thus in my opinion is not a 4 stars as promised but the price is very cheap.
if renowated a bit can be considered a choice in Arzignano

The hotel is very old and outdated. The bed is the smallest I have ever slept in the entire life. There was a roof leak in the bathroom. No kettle in the room to make tea and the weather was so cold. I went to ask for water to make tea, I was charge €4 for hot water only. The dinner was so o expensive and tasteless. I paid €261 for a night. What a waste.

Rustige ligging, ontbijt was echt geen 4**** sterren

In linea con quanto speso ma non è un 4 stelle.
Camera grande ma mobilio totalmente rovinato, camera molto buia, pavimento che in alcuni punti si scollava, pochissime prese elettriche tant’è che una volta a letto o caricavo il telefono o usavo l’abat-jour visto che c’era una sola pres, frugobar spento con 2 bottigliette d’acqua calde.
RISTORANTE: personale gentile ma molto distratto ed eravamo solo in 3 in tutta la sala. Ho preso la costata, tagliata malissimo con osso largo 4 cm e carne alta poco più di 1 cm, era triangolare. Chiesta al sangue, cottura passabile ma si puó migliorare specialmente facendola cucinare di più sull’osso visto che la carne li era totalmente fredda.
COLAZIONE: nella media ma il bacon non era per nulla cotto bene.

Location good, near the city and expo but the hotel really needs to be renovated completely. Big hotel and with big property on the grounds. A hotel brand needs to take over.

Check in was easy, room was clean and comfortable. We arrived on a Saturday early evening and left Monday morning. The pool and gym were both closed by the time we arrived and all day on Sunday. That was very disappointing. Also, I’ve learned Italian showers are small but this one wins the prize for smallest! Otherwise, good stay.

Hotel in posizione strategica per muoversi per lavoro nella provincia di Vicenza.
Camere un po' da svecchiare, non c'era una sola presa elettrica libera.
Servirebbe una ristrutturazione.
Prezzo direi economico, ma non meriterebbe di più.

Difficile da giudicare.
Hotel 4 stelle ma la struttura è decisamente da rinnovare.
Camera abbastanza ampia ma degna di un 2-3 stelle: arredamento che ha fatto mille battaglie, frigobar non funzionante che è solo un armadietto con 2 bottiglie di acqua a temperatura ambiente, condizionatore d'aria impossibile da regolare, articoli da bagno di livello discutibile, balcone con vista su un cortile posteriore malmesso.
In più mancano prese di corrente e l'unica disponibile è andata in corto circuito con danni al dispositivo collegato (ma nessuno si è preoccupato di offrirmi un risarcimento).
Mezzo voto in più per la buona colazione.
Prezzo competitivo ma preferirei spendere di più per avere qualcosa di meglio.
