The personal and front desk staff were very nice and attentive

People walking in the room in the middle of the night. Someone walked in my brother’s room where he stay by himself.
It was kind of scary place

Días agradables y cómodos
Pros:

Desayuno excelente, la atención del personal en general fue muy atenta todo el tiempo, lugar muy accesible de llegar, zona muy tranquila.

Cons:

Hubo días que la limpieza de las habitaciones no fue completa, llegando hasta faltar insumos en los tres baños, cabe resaltar que hubo otros días donde resalto el empeño del personal en estas áreas que avían sido deficientes.

Very interesting property like an art museum. Suite was spacious with everything we needed. Staff were very helpful and kind. Room was clean with room service every day.

The moment you enter the lobby has a very bad smell, unpleasant odor it smells like a thirft store all over the hotel and rooms , outdated furnishings, hard beds, and insufficient pillows. Nothing what the good reviews say.
