Todo bien en cuanto a instalaciones
Mucho ruido por las noches no dejaban dormir unos niños y jóvenes

Parece laberinto para llegar al restaurante y a la habitación El bufete todos los días fue el mismo y le falta mantenimiento ya esta muy biejo y la cama era king y nos pusieron 2 almohada chicas
La atención del personal de recepción
El bell boy ni siquiera se ofreció a llevar las maletas
Que la habitación tuviera cocina y comedor
Que no me cambiaron las toallas durante la estancia y tampoco me pude meter a la alberca porque estaba en mantenimiento, había unos niños haciendo mucho ruido y anotando puertas antes de las 7 am y nadie fue a decirles nada eso paso dos días seguidos y no pudimos dormir y la cama rechinaba mucho

Le hace falta más limpieza a los azulejos de los baños tienen un poco de hongos y el agua de Alberca está muy turbia no se antoja

Everything from the room to the customer service was great! This hotel is right in between a lot of dinning options. The breakfast, although repetitive, was great in taste! I would definitely being staying here when in Guadalajara!
The only con of mine would be that you do have to uber or taxi to major landmarks and they are a bit far away!

The artwork and decor was unbelievable . You cant take it all in during one visit so a return is needed . Staff is friendly and helpful. I will come back .
