Pros:

Loved the view, but the apartment had a few flaws. Kitchen tap did not have a nozel bit on the end of it so splashed hard when turned on. The bedroom 2 shower did not work and my husband had to fix it for you - lucky he's an engineer. I Contacted the front reception about tv not able to access wifi. They said they would be there in 5 mins to take a look, but no one ever came to help. Facilities were not explained, as to which floor they were on or what was available.
Expected a little better for the price paid for 1 night.

Very convenient and comfortable place to stay. Helpful staff. Good facilities.

Cons:

The blind in the main lounge room of 184 wasn't working...unable to be pulled down.
The basin and the sink were VERY slow to empty.

Perfection beyond your wildest dreams.
Pros:

The reception staff were very welcoming and made us feel relaxed and we knew that with a greeting like that we would have a marvelous time. The apartment was far above expectations! We had the most incredible view from the 26th floor and everywhere inside was spotless and very well appointed. The city looked perfect in rain and shine and at night time the lights were spectacular. The beds were super comfortable and I would definitely recommend these apartments for luxury, style and convenience and location. The staff are fabulous. A beautiful pool, spa bath and gym are also available. We were delighted that we chose Evolution Apartments. .

Cons:

Everything was fantastic. Keep up this magnificent place, it's a jewel.

Couple of minor ailments in the unit:
1. the sliding door catch between ensuite & bedroom wouldn't lock, & the door would slide open on its own, especially when aircon was on.
2. the bathroom light fitting was missing its cover.

Pros:

The location made it very convenient to get to the art gallery. Alternative entry/exit via the stairwell was convenient to bypass the elevator (as there are only two). The room was clean overall in the main use areas and fairly comfortable.

Cons:

The studio room is in the lower areas and has no views. The listing fails to mention this and makes it seem as if it has views. The studio rooms are accessed through the car park, which has an overall feeling of dirtiness. The room was completely different from the photo shown. The listing's star rating is not correct. It shows 4.5 stars when it should be more like 3.2. There are not many dining options nearby. Though quite clean overall, there is peeling and staining that does give some discomfort, and there are areas that obviously hasn't been wiped for some time, e.g. the artwork over the bed, and bedside tables, which causes some dust discomfort with a few very small insects seen on the bed covers.
