Pros:

Location & staff where great room was clean and in great condition.

Cons:

Shower wouldn't drain properly and couldn't have a shower, to be fair staff did there best to sort it out.

Great location- with a little refresh has the potential to be fab!
Pros:

The property was in a great location. Walking distance to everything one could need.
Bedroom had great views of the river and south bank

Cons:

The room is tired and needs a good refresh.
The floors were stained, the kitchen chairs were gross and the bedding was questionable.
The shower was littered in black mould.
It just felt dirty.

Pros:

Good location clean comfortable room

Cons:

Late check in time,3.00pm, very noisy with traffic, my door wouldn't lock and maintenance had to put a new lock in which held me up. Walking through the carpark to get to your room was unusual. No cable TV.

Pros:

Loved how quickly things were fixed after we mentioned them. The staff were all very friendly.

Cons:

Pros:

Love the location. The 24hr check in was very convenient.

Cons:

The air con was set at a set temperature and because we are not tech savvy, just had to turn it off in the end. Too cold. Also, a little outdated

Better options elsewhere, but if you choose Evolution don't stay in Room 115
Pros:

Location was great. Close to all transport, shopping district, food options, Southbank.
Bed was comfortable. Views fantastic

Cons:

Room 115 was filthy. The build up of grime and mould in the bathroom was disgusting. The brown carpet was lifting up around the edge of the room in numerous places and had grotty stains on it. The walls had spills on them. The once white leather couch was a shade of dirty brown and had back cushions on it that didn't fit so were constantly on the floor. The room sleeps four, however only 2 teaspoons, 3 mugs, 3 tablespoons and none of it matched. It was quite cold the night we arrived so we turned the aircon up to warm the room, only to find that it reset itself to 16 degrees so woke up freezing.
The decor was a terrible mismatch of bubblegum pink, lime green and brown, mixed with a bit of grey and beige and the furniture felt like it had been selected from the clearance pile. I understand the apartments are privately owned so one will not be the same at the next, and strongly suggest that the owner of this apartment spent some time in, and more importantly MONEY on this room

Pros:

It suited our needs being 8 minute walk to the station with surrounding shopping centres and short drive to casino

Cons:

Pros:

Location was handy for our stay in Brisbane as we needed it for close proximity to a wedding we were attending at the Greek Orthodox Chruch & Softiel hotel. The room had a good kitchen and spacious living area.

Cons:

Bedroom was small. There are only 2 lifts for the whole building which take a long time to come up and down. They are also quite noisy and we heard the lifts running all night. Very limited car parks available and the parking wasn't explained to me very well by Reception. I did not know there were additional higher levels to check out when I tried many attempts to park in the lower level. I found out the 2nd time I spoke to Reception about parking. There was also very strange and out-there paintings on the walls inside the apartment which were a bit off putting.
