The staff was very polite and well mannered. The rooms were very clean and tidy.
Pros:

This was our first time staying in Brisbane. We were very fortunate to be up graded to a two by unit on the 26th floor. Despite the weather the views and the whole apartment were amazing.

Pros:

The location made parking more accessible for visitors for guests, wasn’t on such a main busy road part of the city. Excellent value for money with pricing. Excellent views.

Good location. Value for money. Quite dated & a few maintenance issues.

Comfy bed. Kitchen well equiped. Washer & dryer was appreciated. We were offered fresh towels by housekeeping on our second day.

Cons:

Each floor has sensor lights that come on as you exit the lift. Our floor (29) remained unlit for quite some time before the lights came on. It felt creepy & unsafe. Our door did not have a deadbolt/extra lock which also felt unsafe. Whilst the hotel as a whole was very well presented, modern, & clean, our apartment was quite dated. The soap dispenser in the shower was either nearly empty, or broken. No other soap provided. The air con was difficult to operate & seemed to keep defaulting to temps above 27 degrees at random times. This was frustrating, particularly throughout the night.

Pros:

This is hands down the best place we have stayed in Brisbane. The unit was perfectly set up for two separate guests (my sister and myself) with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The balcony and views were fantastic. In close proximity to everything. Perfect! And very clean.

The Rooms were generally clean - a surface clean had been done between guests but it was noted that a deeper clean was well overdue. Dust and other dirt had accumulated around the feet of the bed and in other nooks and crannies in the space.

Lovely central apartment to stay with a fabulous view of Southbank and the Brisbane river.
Pros:

The view was amazing! What a lovely place to just sit on the balcony and chill. The apartment had all the essentials you would need for a short stay in the city.

Cons:

A few maintence issues needed addressing but nothing that made the stay unbearable. The TV was difficult to get on due to the remote being a little damaged and one of the doors to the balcony was unable to be opened but nothing major at all.
