Dirty, smelly room/studio, infested with cockroaches and foul odors coming from the carpet and flooring. Reportable.
Considering how much was paid per night, and the extra cost of 40 AUD for one night of car parking, I would say it fails on all fronts. The only good things are the location and the gym. Everything else needs to be completely reworked: the rooms, the studio furnishings, and above all the staff.
Amazing view down Brisbane River from apartment 264, city lights at night were spectacular as were Easter Saturday fireworks right in front of us. Apartments are short walk into city or Southbank. Pool and spa were good and we used them each day.
Incomplete crockery and cutlery sets in our apartment, not a big deal as only 3 of us and advised desk staff. Queen bed in main bedroom, in this quality accommodation expected a king bed.

Check in process was disappointing due to the fact my partner and the kids were unable to access the room as the booking was in my name, even though they had all the booking details and a copy of the receipt. The person who managed the reception at the time lacked customer service skills on how she dealt with the issue, she did not seem to care that this was a family and was happy to make them wait until I arrived which was not until after 7pm as I was not in the country.
Location was good for the activities we had planned for the trip. Accommodated parking on site. The view was beautiful.
Not enough information provided upon check-in. Apartment was not clean. Upon check out informed staff member and showed pictures, however, they were not phased about it:(. The toilet in the ensuite, OMG, so close to the wall it was difficult to sit on it to do your business...lol. The cleanliness of the bathroom was not good enough at all, and they may have missed out on cleaning the carpet. It was a bit noisy.
Location is great short walk to mall/attractions.
The aircon unit was right beside bedroom and made alot of noise so had to switch off main power. Also would've been nice if I was higher up as highway is right beside apartment.

Waited for our room to check in. Appears the cleaning staff were rumning late. The room was situated next to lift and constant noise throughout our stay.

Excellent location; close to pedestrian bridge over Brisbane River to Southbank; great for overnighter if you're seeing show at QPAC. We had a stunning view of the Brisbane River from our relatively large balcony (highlight of the apartment).
Smell of cigarettes in the kitchen; bathroom needs an upgrade.
Die Unterkunft war super zentral gelegen und wir hatten alles, was wir für die eine Nacht gebraucht haben, vorgefunden. Direkt über die Brücke ist South Bank und 3 min entfernt ein Supermarkt.
Das Bett war weich und wie der Rest der Einreichung nicht das allerneuste, aber wir haben trotzdem sehr gut geschlafen. Das Bad war groß und es gab einen tollen Föhn.
Wir haben auch das Gym genutzt und waren positiv überrascht, denn es gab viele moderne Geräte und es war sehr sauber. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt aber dieser Bereich sah auch sehr gut aus.
Nicht gefallen haben uns Kleinigkeiten, die ich nur erwähne, weil sie ggf. andere Reisende stören könnten. Wir waren in einem Appartement im 4. OG mit Blick auf die Fußgänger- Brücke. Direkt vor der Unterkunft ist eine große Straße, die man durch die Eingangstür des Apartments gut hören kann (führt in ein halboffenes Treppenhaus). Es war für uns nicht zu laut und nachts war auch kaum Verkehr.
Ein weiterer Punkt ist, dass man von der Rezeption mit dem Fahrstuhl nach oben fährt und dann nochmal einen kurzen Weg durch ein dunkles Parkhaus zurücklegen muss - das ist nicht so schön (und kann etwas unheimlich für Alleinreisende sein), aber auch nicht so schlimm.
