The breakfast was good the room was pretty clean but the counter tops above the fridge was sticky normally live staying here
We got the jacuzzi suite because we were celebrating my birthday the countertop next to the kitchen sink. The top of it was sticky, like it didn't get wiped down. Then in the jacuzzi room i'm a plumber, okay, the shower head that was in there as soon as you turned it on, flooded, the bathroom because the seal was actually out of the showerhead. Let the front desk know that I flooded the room didn't realize it till afterwards. Used all of our towels to dry it. The best we could

Room was large, very clean and very comfortable. There wasn't anything else you could want in a hotel room after a long day on the road. Staff at check in was great and explained the parking and hotel.

Just outside of downtown Twin falls(less traffic). Breakfast was hot and delicious with lots of variety.

The price for one night was a little bit more expensive than I expected but it was a very busy time to travel, summer and holiday coming up.

Breakfast was high quality, pool and spa were open 24 hours, and very clean rooms and property.
Spa was drained and couldn't be used before we had to check out. The work needed to be done and it needed to be drained, but could it have been done overnight when most people are asleep so it could be completed when most people are awake.

Breakfast was good. Staff kept things fresh and tables and breakfast area clean. It was very busy morning and the person cleaning was really working hard. She was friendly and very helpful.
