Good for the price but not exceptional.
Pros:

Easy access, pet friendly with typical breakfast.

Cons:

The beds were very dated. Some minor maintenance issues in the room.

Not a good value
Pros:

Very nice staff.

Cons:

This hotel cost about twice as much as one I stayed at in the same city last month. I was expecting a much more nice and comfortable venue. Breakfast was exactly the same for the four days I stayed.

Overall, it was comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The breakfast was average and very crowded. There was a long line for the waffles because a lady made a bunch of them and didn’t let others have a turn.

Room was very nice. Very disappointed in breakfast and pool
Pros:

Disappointed in breakfast. It was served from 7 to 10 am, we were told. Arrived at 9 am, but they were out of many items and did not restock. We asked a staff member, who said that when they're out, they're out. She was not at all friendly or kind.

Cons:

See prior answer regarding breakfast. And we were so looking forward to time in the pool. But it was ICE COLD.

Pros:

Breakfast was decent, Rooms were clean with plenty of room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was easy.

Cons:

Parking was harder to find but still available. The elevators were slower than others.

I would stay there again in a minute, would hope rooms are examined for worn or stained/dirty furniture.
Pros:

I liked its location, the size of the room and layout. We were greeted by friendly faces and the desire to make our stay comfortable. Restaurant suggestions, information paper was all very efficient.

Cons:

The love seat was a little stained , and so was somewhat of a turn-off. Seems it would not take much to remove stains. Also we have dog less than 6lbs. and stays in pet taxi when in room and adds to no additional work or dirt, so $25.00 seems steep. A graduated fee seems more fair.

I did get a good deal for my 3 night stay, and did fit my needs fo what I was in town for. The staff was nice an the lob
Pros:

The staff was very nice when I checked in:) and the breakfast staff was very nice :) the location was good .

Cons:

The pool wasn’t heated :( the drain in my shower was super slow which caused water build up when I showered :( there were a few very large stains on the couch so the couch was not used. It looked really dirty and you could tell the floor was not vacuumed well:( Walls are pretty thin :(
