I stayed at this hotel for 6 days and 5 nights. From the first day we checked in, starting with the concierge staff who were very helpful, the check-in process was smooth and quick. We were very happy with the atmosphere of the resort, which felt very comfortable and peaceful. It also seemed that there were not too many guests at that time, which made the stay even more relaxing.

Our villa was also very comfortable and well equipped with complete facilities.

We received complimentary afternoon tea every day, and we really loved the traditional cakes that were served.

For breakfast at the restaurant, we really appreciated all the staff who were friendly, always smiling, and very attentive to our needs. However, we do have a small constructive feedback. Not all staff during breakfast provided detailed information about the menu items, so we had to place our order twice. In addition, the food was not always served in a timely manner, and sometimes it took quite a long time for the dishes to arrive. We understand that this might be because the kitchen is not located on the same floor, and this was not a major issue during our stay.

We would also like to mention Ms. Piki, who seems to be the Front Office Manager or Duty Manager. She always made sure that we had a pleasant stay and helped me a lot in finding Balinese offerings. She and her team consistently tried to anticipate the guests’ needs.

Overall, we are very happy with our stay and look forward to coming back again soon.

We had a fantastic stay here. The staff were so nice and very helpful. The villa was spotless and food was really good. The surroundings were so peaceful and beautiful to walk around. Highly recommended to stay here. In fact a friend of mine has booked it on my recommendation!

The staff was very nice and helpful. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The villa was clean, spacious and we gladly enjoyed an upgrade due to a bed configuration request. The hotel was well priced with many amenities included such as yoga, pool, breakfast. Although the hotel is in the middle of Ubud, it has a large compound so you don't feel like you are there but rather in the middle of nowhere. Definitely a nice resort to come back to or consider on your next visit to Ubud.

Ubud Village staff went above and beyond for our stay here. So kind, caring, and attentive. Truly a wonderful experience. Our villa was absolutely amazing, and the atmosphere was truly magical. We will definitely be coming back again soon!!!

The grounds, private villas, food and all of the staff were AMAZING! 5⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️You have to experience it yourself to believe it. A true Balinese paradise! It fulfilled all of my fantasies of Bali and then some!

I spent 5 nights in this paradise hotel. Everything was so nice, the food, the atmosphere , the service. The staff was so serviable and discrete. If I come back to Ubud one day I would stay on the same place for sure.

Amazing experience. Staying in a private villa in this place was the best decision to make our moment in Ubud very special. All the people in the hotel was very kind, making special details for us. Best accommodation ever!

The resort is wonderful and truly mesmerising. We had a great time during our honeymoon.

Ubud Village Resort is a delight. Very private villas with own pools set around a beautiful garden complex, main pool, bar, restaurant and spa. A calm atmosphere backed by superb food and service with attention to detail. Only a little distance to town, the cultural centre of Bali with many good shops for clothes, jewellery and art and no shortage of bars and restaurants. Plus a good place to start a day trip into the countryside to see the volcanic high ground, lakes and temples. Has to be the best choice if you appreciate all this. Highly recommended, especially at this time of year for Europe and USA with warm weather, fewer people (sadly for the locals) and good value pricing.

Wonderful staff, they went beyond to make sure we had a relaxing time. The property is like heaven on earth with rice fields and beautiful lush green gardens and very quiet but next to Ubud village.definitely a will come back if we go to Bali again. Also the spa was very nice.

We came here for a part of our honeymoon and we were blown away! The property grounds are beautiful and take your breath away. The morning breakfast, afternoon tea, Angkul-Angkul Resto all were phenomenal. The staff are very attentive and very kind. 10/10 recommend this place. They also have a shuttle 6 times a day to the city center. This place is a sanctuary right near everything.

Fantastic resort and a magical villa with a nice pool. Felt super welcome and the staff was so friendly! Very good food at the restaurant aswell as a gr8 cozy included afternoon tea snack!

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary, we stayed 10 nights there and we could not have asked for a location. Our villa was wonderful and spacious, and the amenities were very clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly, always willing to help us make the most of our holiday. Great value for money. The atmosphere was pleasant, and all though there were people working all around, we hardly noticed them and the noise level was kelp to a quiet level. We mainly stayed in our villa because that was the holiday we planned. Breakfast in our pool was a highlight for us. But there is so much to see and do close by. Hopping on the curtesy is so handy. Will highly recommend this place to anyone.

Amazing resort. Staff is lovely and helpful. The resort is huge and the villas all with private pool. I will recommend to stay here also because is in Ubud but there is no noise at all. An oasis of peace and tranquillity.

The hotel is amazing. Private pools in the rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful food is amazing and complimentary afternoon tea for all guests. Beautiful surroundings and swim up bar at the main pool. Unfortunately the water was off for a few hours on our last day and compensated by two free massages in the exceptional spa. Very happy
