All staff were most friendly and helpful and the food was first class, an excellent location for a nice weekend.
The radiator in the bathroom was boiling hot in the morning, totally unnecessary.

The bed was way too small and the bathroom as well. The shower was blocked and the wc was not very clean.
All in all the room wasn’t worth the price.

I have stayed at nice hotels all over the world, and they all have some good aspects AND bad also, however, this hotel had the most friendliest staff I have ever met, NOTHING was too much trouble, especially Daisy and Mike, my room was impeccable, and I couldnt fault it, the hotel is ideally situated, very quiet, with lovely gardens to sit at tables and chat and drink.
I thought the food menu was superb and fairly priced, and the level of cooking/cuisine, was second to none (well done chef), I am so impressed with this Inn that I am treating my daughter and her husband to a long weekend there for their anniversary later next year, I would like to take this opportunity to thank EVERYBODY, and Booking.com for everything, AND I shall be back next year as well for another short break
