Our stay was truly exceptional. A family group booked the hotel to celebrate my mums 70th birthday. The hotel is beautiful and clean and the decor is modern and tasteful. The rooms were large with very comfy beds. We had an evening meal in the restaurant and it was delicious and generous portions - could fault nothing. Breakfast in the morning was also delicious and generous. The staff are attentive and friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay and that mum enjoyed her birthday. Would highly recommend and will definitely return in the future. The hotel has a 3 star rating but we all felt that we received a 5 star experience.

Stayed here before a couple of times in the main house.this time Stayed in the new lodge rooms.good size room.good size tv.lovely shower.bottled water in the room & yorkshire tea bags👍lovely helpfull staff.had an evening meal.salt & pepper squid is lovely. Beautiful house. The surroundings were peaceful and relaxing. The house itself was tastefully decorated and cosy. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Could have done with more lighting in the hallway. The breakfast room decor could have been abit more brighter.

Soulless. The lighting in rooms and the hotel was really bright. I was chased for a payment for dogs every time i saw a member of staff. They eventually went through the card machine to verify I had actually paid.
