Pros:

Easy access, everything we needed on ground floor. Staff, food and the best G&T's. Room and bathroom great. Great car park.

Cons:

We were at the end of the building, so wifi was poor but didn't come on holiday to sit and look at a computer. It is in the middle of nowhere so you need a car. That doesn't matter, happy with the stay.

Lovely Autumn break
Pros:

Everything about The Coach House was excellent. The host the staff the food and accommodation.
The room was perfect , walk in shower on the ground floor which helped my partner who has mobility issues.

Cons:

There was a great choice of food with extra special dishes available daily. Food came out hot and promptly. The location was great, A visit to Southwold is a must lovely clean Sea side town about 40 minutes by car. A wonderful weekend.

Pros:

Rooms on ground floor looked to be recently refurbished & couldn't fault. Comfy beds, spotlessly clean. Staff very friendly. Breakfast & meal in evening all good.

Pros:

The whole of our stay with our 2 dogs was excellent. We go to alot of dog friendly places and this was the best we have stayed .meals in evening were great good value and unlike some places hot as was the cooked breakfast. The accommodation was lovely with under floor heating. Absolutely great stay thankyou

Pros:

The Coach house is a wonderful hotel! The building is spotlessly clean and well decorated . Bedroom was perfect all new fresh and spotlessly clean , with high quality bedding . Our breakfast was exceptional, we had freshly cooked kippers and eggs benedict . Lovely crockery and cutlery .Everything is elevated in the hotel making it exceptional. The staff are the nicest people , all friendly kind and helpful , and cant do enough to help.The gentleman at reception showed us personally to our courtyard room . A lovely atmosphere .
Will be back again when visitng our family in suffolk.

Good service, a quality place to stay.
Pros:

The cooked breakfast was really good - every item cooked perfectly, for example the grilled tomatoes and mushrooms were seasoned nicely and tasted delicious.
I stayed 3 nights and the room was beautifully serviced every day with lots of care to detail.
I was in room 6 which was very spacious with a nice-sized bathroom.
There was a good selection of teas, coffees, biscuits etc and bottled water provided.
Staff were very friendly and obliging.
The shower was lovely, very powerful with plenty of hot water.

Cons:

The thinnish duvet on the bed probably would be fine for summertime but I didn't find it quite warm enough for the October evenings. I perhaps should have asked for another blanket - don't know why I didn't.
I struggled to get different channels on the TV the first night because the channel change button on the remote control didn't work but eventually found that you could just use the arrow keys instead.
The colour scheme of the room was dark grey throughout with white duvets. I found that a bit stark - maybe some highlights of brighter colours (e.g. a few decorative cushions) would have made it seem cosier and more inviting.

Relaxed stay which allowed pets too.
Pros:

Was working close by but brought along family and enjoyed a day in the area. Staff were first class throughout, from reception, to serving food and drinks and checkout.

Cons:

The whole experience was superb. Food was good and well priced. Room comfortable and quiet.

Fantastic!!!!
Pros:

The staff were exceptional, they went above and beyond to make myself and my six year old daughter welcome. this goes from management to cleaners, everyone was brilliant. We visited to see family and when we decided to all eat in the hotel at very short notice they were fantastic and found us room on one of there busiest nights of the week. We are already looking forward to another visit.

everything was exceptional, we couldn't of asked for more.

Okay but wouldn’t scream about it
Pros:

Breakfast was good, staff were very friendly, not having to pay for parking was good, location was good

Cons:

The rooms were quite dirty, lots of dust and cobwebs, marks on the sheets, bathroom had toothpaste marks from previous guests.
Bathroom was extremely small and difficult to navigate
