Pros:

Fantastic location, lovely room (we had an apartment), great to have a separate seating area. Comfy bed, and blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. Friendly and helpful staff. Tea and coffee making, complimentary bottle of water. Well stocked and reasonably priced mini bar. Good breakfast.

Location, staff were very helpful. They organised transport to and from airport and also prepared breakfast for us to take to the airport as we were leaving early and had already paid for it to be included.

Pros:

Lage im Zentrum war perfekt, super Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe, alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar, gute Verkehrsanbindung! Zimmer geräumig und sehr sauber, Personal sehr nett, zuvorkommend und kompetent.

Excellent Old Town location, would recommend 10/10
Pros:

The hotel is situated right in the old town pedestrian area, there are plenty of cafes, restaurants, bars, within 2-3 minutes walk.
The hotel staff were very pleasant.
The accommodation was a good price.
My room had a lovely comfortable bed, plenty of storage space, TV/stereo, tea/coffee/kettle provided, mini-bar/fridge provided.
Bathroom was huge, with bath, shower, bidet and plenty of towels.
There was a smoking lounge available so I didn't have to lurk on the street to smoke; there are still a lot of us smokers around still, so it was a bonus for me.
It was warm and cosy. I loved it.

Cons:

I only stayed one night, I wish that I had the time to stay longer.
