Excellent location and friendly staff
Pros:

Excellent location in the old part of the city. Room was large with some furniture. Staff were very friendly, spoke perfect English and were very polite. Excellent breakfast choices too.

Cons:

Carpets were a little dirty in places in the room.

Will definitely return
Pros:

The location and the wonderfully helpful staff. Lovely large quiet room and good inclusive breakfast

Cons:

Not the fault of the property, but it’s important to know that it’s in a pedestrian area so no taxis can come right up to its doors. So you need to deliver yourself and your luggage down a cobbled street

Loved being in the old town, good staff, comfortable, good room rate
Pros:

The location was superb in the old town. Lots of restaurants within a few steps, a great little jazz bar in the adjoining street.
Staff were really friendly

Cons:

Breakfast was a little basic but the staff were friendly and happy to help with alternative milk
