Pros:

Just ok. For the price, the name « château » and the photos provided, I thought it would be way better. I was very underwhelmed. The interior looked old. The hot tubs were nice though with a good view. Would not stay here again.

As an avid traveler and a frequent weekender hotel spa seeker, I must say both my husband and I were disappointed.The pictures online on Expedia and Booking grossly miss represent the hotel amenities, lobby and feeling of the property . The photo of the large wooden cathedral like structure looked huge and it seemed part of what may look like an entrance or lobby. Far from it, it’s an old corridor to the spa area. There is no lobby to speak of. The place doesn’t have any apeal or charm. It represents old times gone bye! It looks more like a motel the hotel.
The resto and bistro were not always open . The spa closed early.
I paid over 600$ for 2 nights. I could have gotten the Fairmount Tremblant for 20$ more, with heated swimming pool, fountain, ambiance, people and chill vibe. It was my husband’s bday and we were very disappointed.

Great location, Lots to do in the near surroundings, beautiful golfcourse. The hotel has hot tubs with a view and an indoor and outdoor swimming pool which is a big plus. The hotel could do with an update.

Pool area was packed. The area with the sauna was lacking attention, definitely could use an aesthetic upgrade. There were only benches and no lounge chair in that area. Waitress at the outdoor was unpleasant and rude , she seemed annoyed to have to service us.

Pros:

Chateau Bromont which is in the Eastern Township of Quebec, offers indoor/ outdoor pools. Several jacuzzi’s on the Terrace which also provides great food, drinks and TV viewing. The view of the mountain is majestic. There are various packages, such as golf. The dinning room, les 4 Canards was elegant and the special, Munu Plaiser was very good.

Dans notre 1ere chambre, les ressorts du divan-lit du salon (rez-de-chaussée de la suite) sont tous ou quasi brisés et donc très inconfortables.
À notre arrivée dans la 2e chambre, il y avait un verre rempli d eau dans la salle de bain + un emballage de tampon menstruel au sol.
Aussi, le tapis dans le coin près de la fenetre est tâché brun-rougeâtre...
Par contre, le service et l amabilité de tous les employés est excellent!!
