Cons:

Temps d'attente de service dans les restaurants. Pensé que petit déjeuner est inclus et la dame de resto pour petit déjeuner est compté mon fils de 5 ans dans la facture. La nuit terrible a cause de la chambre à côté de machine de glace dans le corridor qui a fait le bruit et je pourrais pas dormir a cause de sa.

Comfortable, thoughtful and personalized experience!
Pros:

Incredibly thoughtful from their amenities to personalizing our stay! We traveled with toddlers and asked for a portable crib and not only did they provide a pack n play, but a diaper genie, changing pad, bottle warmer and distilled water and a toddler stool! As a mom who is used to having to be creative during travel with little ones, this was hugely helpful and meant a lot!

Loved the 2 pools, dining options, and the hot tubs on the terrace, especially at night!

We were so impressed!

Buyer beware
Pros:

The condo is beautiful but very aware they don’t supply oven mitts for the oven . I called them and they said it’s not their responsibility and they don’t provide oven mitts . I asked what happened if I burn my hand they said they will provide the feedback. Absolutely unacceptable. Oven mitts in a condo are just as important as silverware and plates

Pas mal proche de plusieurs activités ( vélo, randonnée…), jacuzzi et piscine dans l’établissement.

Cons:

Le restaurant La Terrasse : une expérience décevante
Le personnel n’a pas été particulièrement agréable. Nous avions commandé une pizza qui, malheureusement, était brûlée… sèche. Mon conjoint l’a ramenée dans notre chambre et c’est seulement à ce moment-là que nous nous en sommes rendu compte.

Lorsque nous sommes retournés au restaurant pour leur signaler le problème, ils ont d’abord refusé de refaire la pizza, en mentionnant que mon conjoint n’avait pas laissé de pourboire. Pourtant, il avait simplement récupéré la commande au comptoir et, dans cette situation, il n’était évidemment pas obligé de laisser un pourboire.

Après discussion, ils ont finalement accepté de refaire la pizza. Nous avons donc pu récupérer une nouvelle pizza le lendemain.

Une expérience plutôt décevante, autant en raison de la qualité de la nourriture que de l’attitude du personnel et de la façon dont notre situation a été prise en charge.

We had an enjoyable and relaxing visit, and now we know more about Bromont.
Pros:

We liked the outdoor pool and the Terrace. The room was great. Parking sufficient. Bike storage great.

Cons:

A slightly less expensive breakfast option would be appreciated. I would have liked to know more about the trail hiking options at the adjacent property.
