Comfortable, convenient hotel with a delicious hot breakfast.
Pros:

The free breakfast was the best part of staying here. It was also very close to family who we were visiting.

Cons:

Miyoko needs to work on her customer service. She was not very friendly to us on the day we checked in. I had requested an early check in and she told us that check in wasn't until 3:00pm. We arrived around 1:00pm. She didn't even bother to check if a room was available. On the other hand Tatiana provided us with amazing customer service. She was polite, extremely helpful and attentive.

The staff is the main reason we stay here.
Pros:

The staff is the reason we stay here. They’re all very accommodating and kind. The prices are too high in my opinion. We had to add an extra night and paid a little over $300. Way too much for a holiday inn.
