Cumpre o que promete é um bom custo benefício pela localização
Pros:

Localização espetacular, tudo você consegue fazer andando, farmácia, mercado, cafés, museus, restaurantes!
O café da manhã é excelente e bem mineiro.
O quarto e o banheiro são gigantes.

Cons:

Não tinha tomada pra carregar o celular perto da cama.
As tomadas eram um mix de tomadas muito antigas que não dava pra carregar o celular ou o computador com algumas poucas que eram boas.
O ar condicionado da sala era bem antigo e barulhento.
O sofá parecia empoeirado
A persiana da sala estava quebrada não subia..
