Вежливый и дружелюбный персонал
Pros:

Отель находится в центре недалеко от площади Мухаммеда V. Персонал на ресепшен вежливый и дружелюбный, помогал в решении вопросов. Номер большой, все необходимое есть, номер был с видом на мечеть Хасана II. При отеле есть бар внизу и бар с рестораном наверху с красивым панорамным видом. Персонал в баре был тоже очень дружелюбный.

Average experience, lots of work required to improve the quality of customer experience

The location , cleanliness and room view

Cons:

I couldnt reach the reception in multiple occasions when calling from my room , no one is attending the phone lines , so i had to go down everytime which wasn't a pleasant experience. Also , i have sent an email to which i havent received any response to this moment. Also , the buffet staff ( breakfast) were not available when needed

الفندق في موقع رائع واطلالة جميلة

لم يتم اعطائي نفس الغرفة التي حجزتها حيث انني قمت باختيار غرفة مطلة على الشارع الرئيسي ولها رؤية على جامع الحسن الثاني الى انني تفاجئت بتسليم غرفة رقم 1605 تطل على شارع ثانوي هذا من جهة ومن جهة ثانية ثلاجة الغرفة فارغة تماما من اي مشروب واخيرا لما اردت مغادرة الفندق قمت باجراءات الخروج وطلبت من عمال الفندق ان يحضرو لي امتعتي من غرفة حيث كنت انتظر سيارة اندرايف لما وصلت السيارة الى الفندق تفاجئت بأن امتعتي غير موجودة بالريسيبشن لما قلت لهم اين امتعتي تم جوابي ببساطة لقد نسينا ان نحظرها في غياب تام للمسؤولية

J’ai vraiment adoré mon séjour dans cet hôtel ❤️ Le service était excellent du début à la fin, notamment le service voiturier, le personnel et l’accueil à la réception. Tout le monde était professionnel, souriant et aux petits soins.

Un grand merci particulièrement à Mohamed, qui a été exceptionnel : toujours à l’écoute, très serviable et toujours là pour trouver une solution et répondre aux besoins des clients.

عدم وجود شطاف ماء في التواليت رغم سهولة إضافه الشطاف اعتقد انها مسألة ثقافه لابد من مراجعة هذا الموضوع بعنايه والنظر إلى الثقافه الاسلاميه ووجوب الطهاره على كافه المسلمين خاصة في وجود الماء وتوفره .
