Die Lage ist sehr zentral, der Empfang sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ruhig. Das Haus ist etwas hellhörig. Es.gibt keinen Fahrstuhl, was für mich aber irrelevant ist. Das WLAN habe ich nicht genutzt, deshalb kann ich das nicht beurteilen. Das Zentrum ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen.
Ich würde das Hotel wieder auswählen.

Friendly staff, the gentleman behind the desk was warm and welcoming. The lady serving breakfast was really attentive and couldn't do enough to make sure I was happy and fed :)
I was staying on my own but it felt like I was at home. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable.

La struttura e’ vicina alla strada principale. Il personale e’ super accogliente e gentile, ci ha regalato una colazione, e ci ha prestato dei caricatori. E’ presente 24 ore su 24. La struttura pulita. Lasciamo acqua in camera ogni giorno.

Pas très bien isolé
Un accueil parfait, prévenant. Ma demande de chambre calme a bien été prise en compte. J'ai reçu un mail avant mon arrivée pour m'indiquer les modes de transport et la direction de façon très détaillée. La décoration est soignée, la chambre est très propre.

The service are great, the room is confortable
Very nice family-owned hotel. Location-wise within walking distance of all main attractions, but remains in a quiet street with little late night noise pollution. Reception staff was great, very kind and friendly. I arrived on delayed flight really late at night, and they greeted me warmly.
As far as room and amenities go you get what is expected. Bed was nice and comfortable with really warm sheets and TV worked good.
Be aware that this is an old building with no lift, some rooms do require you to climb several steps. Heating can be irregular and cannot directly be controlled from the room, however once in bed sheeting is very warm and comfortable. The bathroom is rather small and hot water might take some time to come, however everything works as expected.
The staff is extremely friendly; I could ask for help with anything and they did their best. The place is nice, clean, and in a really good location. Breakfast is nothing special, but it's nice.

Lovely little hotel with amazingly kind and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay very much. We are definitely going to recommend this hotel to friends and family :)
