Piuttosto comoda per muoversi in centro anche a piedi, c’è il servizio di pulizia giornaliera della camera e ci hanno offerto la colazione anche se non era nelle condizioni. La zona è tranquilla, non ci sono rumori notturni, il personale è sempre presente e disponibile.

Ottima accoglienza e calore umano al Dergvale Hotel!
Pros:

Finalmente una struttura dove le foto rispecchiano la realtà! Si tratta di un bellissimo palazzo d'epoca completamente ristrutturato. Lo staff è super disponibile e accogliente: un plauso speciale va a Jerry, una persona favolosa con cui è stato un vero piacere chiacchierare e che ci ha deliziato con tante informazioni e aneddoti affascinanti sulla storia irlandese. Inoltre, con un gesto davvero bellissimo e per nulla scontato, ci hanno offerto la colazione senza alcun supplemento anche se dalla prenotazione su Booking non era prevista. Che dire? Il giorno in cui tornerò a Dublino il Dergvale Hotel sarà sicuramente la mia primissima scelta!

Cons:

Purtroppo spesso in camera faceva davvero molto caldo e non era presente un termostato per regolare la temperatura. Probabilmente l'impianto di riscaldamento è centralizzato, ma sarebbe opportuno dare la possibilità all'ospite di gestire la temperatura a proprio piacimento.

Děkuji za příjemně strávený čas
Pros:

Všechno naplnilo, až předčilo naše očekávání. Personál maximálně přátelský - byla radost mít si možnost s nimi popovídat. Vynikající poloha, kdy vše je dostupné. Pokoj akorát. Věřím, že i díky výše uvedenému se na nás usmálo počasí.

Lovely little hotel with great staff, would recommend!
Pros:

Great location within walking distance of the city centre (and pretty much everywhere else in central Dublin)!
The staff was very friendly and helpful which made my stay all the more enjoyable. I even received a map of the city alongside some recommendation of what I should take a look at when I arrived!
I got lucky and was in town during the last fight of Kathy Taylor (Irish boxing champ for anyone wondering, yes, I was surprised, too), the event honestly elevated the city atmosphere and I first heard about it from the staff. So in case anyone was wondering if stopping for a quick chat with the staff is an option? It absolutely is and you will learn about the city insiders on top!
To put an end to my rambling: The room was lovely, everything had an old school vibe, except for the bathroom which was pretty modern. I loved the vibe of the place and the interior was very charming!

Cons:

I suppose it wouldn't a proper feedback if I only included the positives. Although, all I can critique is that the walls were a bit thin. Great for an extra wake up call, less so if you want to sleep in. Considering I didn't mind getting up early though, it wasn't much of an isssue for me! (and for the people who don't want to miss breakfast? even better. :) )
