В Бангкоке не в первый раз, был в разных отелях, есть с чем сравнить . Отличное месторасположение, идеальная чистота, отличное питание. Завтрак выше всяких похвал, есть все что необходимо. Отдельно хотелось бы сказать про персонал, конечно само население Тайланда очень гостеприимно и вежливо, но в отеле , весь персонал профессионален, вежлив и очень дружелюбен, готовы всегда придти на помощь , подсказать, объяснить ! Спасибо за отдых !

all in all a great stay and if we revisit, the hotel will be on our preferred list
Pros:

The location is great for easy access as it is the heart of the commercial district, with lots of eating options around. However what impressed us most at the Meridien was the attention to detail which had gone into room design. From perfectly aligned charging points, to sufficient size luggage platforms (measured for 2 large international suitcases), to separate lighting for the bed area vs the room, it looked like someone had actually lived in a modern hotel room to notice small irritants, that impact the comfort of a stay. Le Meridien scored very highly on ensuring that none of those problems existed. A good international breakfast spread with courteous and pleasant staff across the facilities added to the charm. Thailand does not seem to have too many English speaking service professionals in spite of booming tourism, but at the Le Meridien, we realised that they always sent people who could communicate with us, including for room service, check-in, luggage etc., so we did not face a problem, to the extent that the in-room dining server specifically pointed out that our requested vegetarian dish was "without meat" - obviously something that he had been instructed to inform us about, showing not only his ability to communicate correctly, but also the kitchen taking the pain to inform him about the same!! we did not see equal standards at other properties that we stayed in, that were similar brands, but did not have the same level of training meted out to their staff

Cons:

The hotel has fewer dining options than other brands and wish there were more speciality restaurants or an evening buffet that lasted as per international timing standards.

Outstanding Hospitality & Thoughtful Service at Le Meridien Bangkok

We had a wonderful stay at Le Meridien Bangkok and were consistently impressed by the level of hospitality throughout our visit.

The buffet breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the fresh coconut was a standout touch that we looked forward to each morning. It’s those little details that really elevate the experience.

What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Every time we passed through the lobby or rode the elevators, we were greeted with genuine smiles. The team is warm, friendly, and exceptionally intuitive — they read and relate to guests in a very natural, personal way, making the service feel sincere rather than scripted.

A special thank you to the executive lounge staff — Pio, Cream, Sam, and Napa — for their attentive and thoughtful care, as well as to the valets Fernando and Javi, who were always welcoming and helpful.

One particularly meaningful moment was on a day when the air quality was poor. Staff proactively offered us masks out of genuine concern for our health, which spoke volumes about their attentiveness and care for guests’ well-being.

Overall, this was a truly positive and memorable experience. Le Meridien Bangkok delivers not only comfort and quality, but heartfelt service that makes you feel truly valued. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to others.
