Great stay at Meridien Bangkok! Nice staff. Comfortable accommodations on club floor. Pio in the Club Lounge on 24th floor was a great hostess and gave us helpful information about spending time in the city. Highly recommended.
The service from Jommy,Lula and Napa was impeccable. They were kind, attentive and took care of us with a smile.
The servers at the executive lounge Jimmy, Lulu and Napa were amazing, I have been to many Marriott hotels’ Executive Lounge, it’s my first time to experience this service which is I have never had.

The location is perfectly close to restaurants, massage parlors and a night market. If you book a room on the club floor you will surely feel the Thai hospitality of Martin, Jommy, and the crew at the Club Lounge. Let Thailand greet you with a smile at the Le Meridien Bangkok.
The location of the hotel is very good. The service staff is very professional and comfortable. I feel like I'm back at home, especially Jommy's service.
Super nice view + great service
I’m Canadian and have travelled throughout North America and Asia and I already know the service in Asia vs North America is a completely different ballgame, even for a brand like Marriott, where they’re “supposed” to keep it consistent. With the “expectation” of receiving great service in a club lounge in Asia, the service provided by the staff at Le Méridien is simply mind blowing and above and beyond. The attentiveness of the staff is honestly unreal (I don’t even get that kind of service at a nice restaurant back home let alone cocktail hour at a hotel club lounge). Jommy (I think he’s the lead as far as serve staff wise? I do work at another boutique hotel so I do my F&Bs) He should be working at a Michelin starred restaurant as far as I’m concerned cause he’s simply amazing, but he’s super attentive and great lead for his fellow staff, whom I feel like I have to mention cause they were amazing. So I hope I got their names right but Martin, Pio, Napa & Sam, thank you very much for making my stay memorable and honestly, justifying my loyalty with Marriott as a Titanium member.

Jommy in the Club Lounge was amazing. He remembered all our preferred drinks during all our visits. The food served at the Lounge was delicious. The check in experience was smooth and efficient.
Stayed at the Le Meridien Bangkok. If you get a chance to visit the club lounge the service is excellent. If you happened to meet Jimmy, Martin and Lulu you will receive exceptional service!
