It was a waste of my money especially looking that it was Anew and their hotels always are luxurious

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay. Pleasant hotel however the bathrooms do need an upgrade. We enjoyed the breakfast especially the chicken livers. The lady chef making the eggs was so welcoming, we loved her. Such a warm spirit.

The beds were comfortable,staff pleasant

Cons:

It was noisy and lots of doors slamming because they dont close flush,you have to force doors closed.

Didnt get the Basics right ,we were four guests and only two towels given.
Only two mugs given and 2 small milks.
Curtains didn't close end to end.

Cold water dribbled through.

Not quite a pleasant stay.
Pros:

The hotel itself is a beautiful place, lovely setup on the inside, the rooms and dinning area very nice.

Cons:

The main room in any hotel or lodge for me is the bathroom/toilet, and the room I was booked into had no window in the bathroom/toilet, yes in the bathroom there was an extractor fan but it quite did not serve the purpose, not to mention in the toilet, there was no extractor fan, so you just can imagine with that how horrible my stay turned into.

Their breakfast..... the chefs' could do with a little improving.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel and especially the staff. excellent!!
Pros:

this was the best buffet breakfast we have ever seen at any hotel. The selection was great. They even made pancakes every morning for my autistic son which was the best ever. The chef is a genius

wonderful staff, first time to Hluhluwe

Cons:

would have been nice for a porter to help with bags, that was the only thing missing, was never offered. they only helped the big tour groups.
