Staff is great but facilities are not the best
Pros:

The staff was amazing and extremely helpful

Cons:

The rooms are cockroach infested, the staff is well aware of this and are very remorseful there seems to be a management issue

Pros:

Unfortunately I didn't see the whole place .we arrived there around 8pm. Maybe next time we will see everything. Breakfast was nice and staft was friendly.

A perfect location for access to the game park. Comfortable and easy parking.
Pros:

Comfortable and clean. Unfortunately due to the time of year it was cold and wet so we couldn’t make the most of the outdoor facilities.

Cons:

The hotel was quiet so not many guests and we ate dinner in the lounge area. A group of Zulu dancers came in every night and it felt very awkward with only a few people watching and then being asked to join in and for tips.
When the hotel is quiet a show once a week would be enough.

The look of the place

Cons:

1. Noise levels in the passages and by guests staying one floor above scraping their chairs and walking with clumpy feet … unacceptable
2. Forget expectations when eating at the restaurant. They either don’t have what is offered on their menu or the food is lacklustre and tasteless
3. As for the shower, the temperature and pressure was great but the drainage of the after shower soapy water was eeeuuuw. Expect to be standing in your own shower water whilst still showering

We had a terrible dining experence. Firstly we ordered starters my wifes arrive 35 min after mine. She had peri peri chicken livers which was some sort of mush in tomato, no peri peri, no liver solids it was disgusting she could not eat it. For main i had barbecue ribs, the ribe was boiled not grilled as it should be, it came drenched in tomato, no barbcue for this meal i payedjust over R1000. The chef should either be trained or fired , i cant cook but im sure i can do better. The hotel is as always fantastic, we have stayed here on numerous occasions over the years. Please fix your so called Cheff
