The hotel is easily accessible from the main road and the location is good. The property is well kept and maintained. The room that we booked was big a spacious, it also had a beautiful balcony overseeing the garden.

Cons:

I honestly can’t fault this place as we had such a pleasant stay but if I really had to mention something I didn’t like than it would have to be the fact that the shower water temperature wasn’t always hot to my desired temperature. I had to get my boyfriend to shower first as it took time for the hot water to come out.

A comfortable stay with good facilities, but the lack of consistently hot water was disappointing.
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were generally friendly and the overall atmosphere was pleasant.

Cons:

The biggest disappointment was the hot water. During the middle of winter, the water was only lukewarm to cold, which made showering quite uncomfortable. This significantly affected our overall experience and is something that should be addressed.

What an amazing game drive and stay at ANEW Hotel!🤩
Pros:

Thank you for such an amazing stay, to the incredible reception team you guys exceeded our expctations as I celebrated my birthday I even got a free room setup and dessert😊. Through registering for Wena Bucks we got a discout and we also requested the late check out. Our tour guide Fanele had so much knowledge and was such a nice person to be with. The highlight of the day was to see the big 4 (unfortunately we did not see the leopard). We spotted apair of lions up close and we even saw them hunting.

It was a weekend to remember forever, thank you ANEW team you owe me nothing.👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
