MISERABLE
Pros:

Thanks to the GM who moved us to a room with a working air conditioner.The service was horrible quite unlike my stay a few years ago.

Cons:

Check with all your guests on the day I was there. You will get the same feedback or they will not bother to respond in disgust.. This hotel needs a total revamp from management outlook to day to day execution with trained staff in all departments.

Extremely Pathetic, Disturbing and not all confortable.
Pros:

Just the location, has alot of good food joints near by.

Cons:

1. When we checked in, they gave us a room on 7th floor, and the that floor was under construction. There was alot of noise and construction sound, which was very disturbing to rest. Then we had to call reception to get room changed.
2. New room on 8th floor, after 3 reminders and waiting for almost 1.5 hours, they brought the extra mattress.
3. We were 3 people, but toiletries were just for 1 person.
4. AC wasnt working at all, inspite of reducing the temperature to 18° C, we had to keep the fan onn, it was extremely hot.
5. There were small cockroaches in the washroom. So basically not all clean. Even the shower curtain was wet when we first moved into the new room.
6. We checked out early, cause experience was so bad, while checking out the receptionist lady mentioned - “we will have to check the room, if you guys have taken anything with you” I am is this how you speak to guest who is paying to stay in your God forsaken hotel. To which I replied, “you might as well check my bag!”
7.I keep travelling to Pune, and stay in bigger hotels, because they were sold out, I had to book a room here and fell for the fake reviews. Honestly, it doesn’t matter if its a big luxury 5 star or not, the people and service matters. Here at this hotel The service is pathetic & lack basic human manners. I now realise, whenever there is a negative review for this hotel, they probably add positive reviews, so the negative review doesn’t come on top of the page.

Not worth ₹6,000 at all. The biggest issue was that the AC was not working properly, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. For the amount charged, basic facilities should function without any problems.

I had a very disappointing experience. The room maintenance was below expectations, and despite informing the staff about the AC issue, there was no satisfactory resolution. Spending a night in a room without proper cooling is unacceptable, especially in a hotel that charges premium rates.

The service response was slow, and overall the stay did not provide value for money. Guests paying ₹6,000 per night expect comfort, cleanliness, and working amenities, but unfortunately that was not my experience.

I hope the management takes guest feedback seriously and improves the maintenance of rooms, particularly the air conditioning systems. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this hotel and would choose other options in Pune.

Horrible experience. Worst management
Pros:

This is the worst hotel I have ever come across. The pool was so bad I wonder how this Hotel has not been penalised by the health department. The changing areas were also very dirty. The pool had filthy water and there were little kids in the pool. Such a health hazard. Never ever will I step into a Royal Orchid hotel again!
