Hotel location was suitable for my business trip. Staff's behaviour was good and well mannered. Property was clean and well maintained.

Although breakfast was good but should have more options like puri / paratha / Live Dosa etc.

Memorable Experience - A Student Group Event
Pros:

We had organised a 3 day Student Hacakthon event at the Royal Orchid Central and Suites properties from 15th-18th March, 2026. The event included 140+ students and teachers from the most remotest parts of Maharashtra staying at the hotel and participating in the competition. The experience of everyone about the hotel was outstanding. The service, hospitality, food everything was spot on. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure every student has the most memorable experience of their lives.

I want to particularly mention Ms Ravina from Royal Orchid Central who was instrumental in making this experience possible for everyone, right from helping us get the best possible group deal to accomodating all our last minute requests, she was super helpful. Mr Vaibhav from Central and Mr Navnath and Mr Himakar from Royal Orchid suites were also huge pillars of support, helping us with every small details across the 3 days.

Truly a wonderful experience with royal Orchid and would definitely keep coming back for more.

Good hotel with a great location. Check about the amenities being operational before booking.
Pros:

The location is excellent. Food is fine.

Cons:

For a private event the swimming pool access was denied to us. We chose this hotel with an intention to use the pool but no prior information was shared with us about this.
