Nice hotel and convenient to the Dulles airport and great restaurants.
Pros:

Parking area was nice and convenient. Check-in was smooth. Rooms were very clean and nice size. Check out needs were supportive and acceptable. Full experience was very good.

Cons:

No concerns were shared during our stay. We would stay again.

The room and the breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately, the pool was not operational
Pros:

I really enjoyed the accommodation. The room was very clean, organized, and there was no cicada noise, which was a concern for me. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay.

Cons:

I was disappointed that the pool was closed and that I had to wait to check in. When I arrived, there was no one available to assist me at the front desk. I went to the restaurant to ask for help, and an employee told me that someone was supposed to be there, but since they were not, they were probably busy and I would need to wait.

After a five-hour drive, we arrived tired, so this was quite frustrating. I believe the hotel could train another staff member to assist with check-ins when the person responsible is temporarily unavailable. This would help provide a better experience for guests and avoid unnecessary waiting times.

Pros:

Not welcoming. Beds hard. No art. Cold and institutional feeling. My husband and I have been staying at this hotel for years. It’s near our son’s home and we stay here when we visit. The hotel no longer feels comfortable. No warmth, welcome. Finding someplace else next time.

Pros:

We were only there for less than 24 hours but even in that brief time we couldn’t help but notice how incredibly helpful and friendly the front desk staff were!

I will be back
Pros:

The staff was smiling and super friendly the environment is very welcoming and you can tell that pride is taken in this hotel as far as being clean

Cons:

The parking garage had water standing in it and was very dark even at the elevator . Other than thst I cant say anything but I would have loved to stay longer

Cons:

No microwave in room for baby needs and no WiFi that worked properly for baby camera. Not the best hotel for baby needs.
