Der Preis ist gut, besonders für drei Personen. In der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs. Das ist ein großer Pluspunkt.

Cons:

Wir kamen am Abend um 22:15 Uhr im Hotel an. Wir konnten nicht in unsere Zimmer. Niemand sagte uns, dass die Codes an den Türen geändert wurden. Erst beim fünften Versuch gelang es uns, die angegebene Telefonnummer zu erreichen. Ein weiterer negativer Punkt ist der sehr kurze Wasserhahn in der Badewanne. Es ist absolut unmöglich, sich die Hände zu waschen. Nach einer langen Reise möchte man weder Zeit verlieren noch nervös werden.

The only positive thing about this hotel is that if you run into problems with the self check-in (which is quite likely), the staff resolve them quickly and efficiently.

Cons:

Don’t be misled by the central location. Being so close to the main train station is actually a downside. The area feels unsafe at night and is very crowded and chaotic during the day.
Unfortunately, the hotel itself is not very clean. The rooms smell of mold, and the curtains, towels, and bed linens were stained. The daily housekeeping staff did their job, but the overall standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel is poor.
Many rooms faced the inner courtyard, where the restaurants below keep their garbage area. Opening the window meant the room quickly filled with the smell of trash, so I had to rely on the air conditioning most of the time.
If you’re just looking for a place to stay for one night because it’s close to the station, it may be a practical option. However, if you’re visiting Munich for a holiday or a longer stay, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Hotel in top Lage, ohne viel Schnick und Schnack
Pros:

Der 5te Stock war super toll. Mit dem Aufzug ging es ohne Probleme nach oben. Das Zimmer war sauber und schlicht. Auch ein Balkon war vorhanden.

Cons:

Ein "optionaler früherer Check-In" wäre cool.
