Pros:

The air conditioner worked very well. The handheld shower head was nice. Additionally they replaced our towels everyday.

Cons:

The elevator was broken. And the toilet was hard to flush; you had to hold the button and manually flush it.

Merkeze 10-15 dk yürüme mesafesinde fiyat açısından çok iyi ve temizdi her gün havlu değiştirilip çöpler de alındı

Odanın tuvalet kapısını kapatmak çok zordu bozulmuş muhtemelen, tavanda akşam beliren sinekler vardı ama sivrisinek değildi neyse ki yenmedik 🤣 bir de yorumlarda belirtildiği gibi akşam çok ses oluyordu ama camı kapatınca çok da rahatsı etmedi oda da klima da var zaten

Ich werde dieses Hotel sicher nicht noch einmal buchen.
Pros:

Das Einzige Gute war, dass im Zimmer Trinkwasser zur Verfügung stand.

Eine der schlechtesten Hotelerfahrungen, die ich je gemacht habe.

Nach einer langen Reise bin ich im Hotel angekommen und hatte gehofft, mich endlich ausruhen und eine warme Dusche nehmen zu können. Leider gab es überhaupt kein warmes Wasser und der Wasserdruck war extrem schwach, sodass eine normale Dusche praktisch unmöglich war. Für ein Hotel sind das absolute Grundvoraussetzungen, daher ist dieser Zustand völlig inakzeptabel.

Besonders negativ war auch das Waschbecken im Zimmer. Es war extrem unpraktisch und schlecht konstruiert, sodass bei jeder Benutzung das Wasser überall herausspritzte und die gesamte Umgebung nass wurde. Nach jedem Händewaschen war das Badezimmer überflutet. Es wirkt, als hätte man hier keinerlei Wert auf Komfort oder Funktionalität gelegt.

Ich habe für diesen Aufenthalt bezahlt und einen normalen Standard erwartet, bekam jedoch nur Enttäuschung und Unannehmlichkeiten.

Unter diesen Umständen kann ich dieses Hotel niemandem empfehlen. Wenn grundlegende Dinge wie warmes Wasser, ausreichender Wasserdruck und funktionierende Sanitäranlagen nicht gewährleistet sind, kann man hier definitiv nicht von einem guten Service sprechen.

Sehr gut gelegen, nahe Hauptbahnhof, U Bahn, Stachus und Deutschen Theater. Zimmer schön groß, mit Klimaanlage, aber alternativ auch Fenster zum Öffnen. Es gibt keine Schlüssel, nur einen Zahlencode für alles. Keine Rezeption!

Cons:

Hab ein Schild "Bitte nicht stören" vermisst. So kam die Putzfrau jeden Tag und hat die Handtücher gewechselt. Muss der Umwelt zuliebe nicht sein. Ausserdem hat es aus der Dusche sehr stark gemüffelt, trotz Chloreinsatz durch die Putzfrau.
