I received a call that I should get the heck out of my room because it was past 11 o’clock well there was a reason for that and I explained it to the one of the workers and they help me load my car and leave so the text or phone Caller whatever was unnecessary and very insulting to me by saying when are we gonna get the heck out of here?

Pros:

Brock was excellent at check in. Very nice and had the information i needed.

Cons:

The young lady at checkout who apparently hates her job or helping customers. I was trying to book our next trip to stay again, but when I had pricing questions she clearly was annoyed. Didn't seem like she wanted my business. So, I'll book somewhere else and stay with booking.com.

Location is great.

Cons:

No hot water in shower. Bathroom door hit bed until we scooted bed over. Very low pressure when I tried to shower and finally gave up. There was hot water in sink. Never did figure that out.

Pros:

Very Clean Room, Comfy Bed, Fridge Microwave Coffee Maker all good oh and Shower had Pump Dispensers for Shampoo and Soap and Water Pressure was good. Great Air Conditioner. Very Happy will be my hotel anytime I go to Branson for sure. Breakfast was good.

Pros:

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Employees were friendly. The only complaint i had which is minor was the sausage links they looked very greasy i didn't eat. The biscuit, gravy and eggs were okay.
