Beds were WAY to firm. All 3 adults woke up sore and achy. Guests next door were rowdy and a bit loud.

Pros:

Close to the Sight n Sound Theater

Cons:

It stated that there was someone at the desk 24/7. Morning and night, no one answered our phone call. It said to leave a message. I did. No response. We booked a room on the first floor and did not get it. Walking up stairs! I have a bad knee.

It was okay

Pros:

It was very clean and updated. Was greeted with smiles all around and if we needed anything. Would definitely stay again. Also beds were comfortable. Checked under mattress for any signs of bugs. You definitely have to do that these days. None were found. The stay was great for families with a low budget. Ty.

Cons:

Could use a few more vending machines but not necessary in the long run. Plenty of places around to get what we needed.

Nice stay we will stay there again, but probably will not do the free breakfast, it was good but very very crowded, they
Pros:

Great location it was close to everything we did. Beds were very comfortable, staff was very friendly, the room was very good size with plenty of room, it had everything we needed, Breakfast was very tasty.

Cons:

It was a great stay only a few things that could have been better, The floor was clean but needed swept, there were several flys in the room, the Toilet was wobbly when sat on it, but the biggest thing was the breakfast room, the breakfast was very good but the room is way to small to feed that many guest, only 9 tables in close quarters to feed all them guest it was very very crowded and uncomfortable to eat.

Great place for a family to stay!
Pros:

They have rooms with 3 beds! This is AMAZING for traveling with a larger family!! Breakfast was pretty good, lots of choices. Hotel is obviously older, but someone has really made an effort to keep it updated & in good shape. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The coffee in the lobby was pretty awful, lol
