Won’t be staying here again.
Pros:

Area restaurants (McBrides, Parkway Grill)

Cons:

Toilet wouldn’t flush…took up to 30 mins between flushes; with 4 people, not acceptable.
Bathtub faucet could not be turned off…dribbled the entire time we were there
Card keys continued to work and then didn’t. Kept having to go down and have them re-programmed.
Only one person there at night; if you needed extra towels, etc, one had to go retrieve them yourself.

Easy access to multiple restaurants. Convenient to hwy. Best restaurants in area. Multiple eatery.

Cons:

Room stunk. Tried febreeze every day no luck. Breakfast huge disappointed. Went out to eat

Totally unorganized and dirty hotel
Pros:

Called 2 days in advance to reserve a room for 2 with king size bed on first floor. We were given a room that was full of tools, paint and remodeling materials. Went back to front desk and was told that there were no rooms available on the first floor. The hotel was very dirty with stains and dirt on the floors, especially the elevator. It was filthy. TV did not work right, light bulb burned out in lamp beside bed, no tissues. I do not recommend this Best Western Hotel.

We really wanted to use the pool, but it was nasty.

Great place for a short or long stay in Wichita Falls!
Pros:

Very clean, modern and comfortable. Exercise room was a plus for hike on 2000 mile road trip. Breakfast was good. Great steakhouse across the street with discount for hotel guests.

Cons:

Can’t think of anything.

Pros:

Staff were nice and helpful.

Cons:

Area didn’t feel that safe. When we arrived to the hotel there were people hanging outside at the back corner and stayed there well into the night.

When we first walked in, some guest or something were in the foyer and casting their phone to the tv and their phone had porn on it cast to the big tv for all our kids to see.

The room struggled to cool down and had a musty or moldy smell that would not go away.
