Fantastic Stay in Quebec City!

We had an amazing experience here and highly recommend it. Here is what we loved most:

Outstanding Staff: Extremely helpful, efficient, courteous, and supportive.

Great Rooms: Very neat, tidy, and clean.

Perfect Location: Super close to bus stands for effortless travel into Old Quebec.

Wonderful Perks: They provided us with the 3-day free tourist bus passes, which was an incredible bonus.

Accueil très chaleureux, je n’étais pas satisfaite de la première chambre dans le
Uniloft, je ne savais pas c’était quoi et le monsieur de l’accueil m’a donner une nouvelle chambre beaucoup mieux pour le même prix.

Cons:

Poussière sur le frigo, je n’avais pas de micro onde, il avait des poils dans le bain, la chambre aurait besoin d’un peu d’amour au plancher et au mur .. beaucoup de trace noir sur les murs, chambre extrêmement humide.

Pros:

Pool and hotel atmosphere with the birds and everything was clean.

Cons:

PIllows are stupidly thick. Had to use a towel instead of a pillow. Also room was too hot at night. So overall couldnt sleep very well.
