Pros:

Rien dutout

Cons:

Les employés étaient condescendants et désagréables. Les deux jeunes hommes n'étaient pas de bonne humeur et n'étaient pas adéquats. L'un d'eux parlait mal envers un autre client devant moi.

Good location but didn't meet my expectations
Pros:

The location was good as it was quite central. The check-in and check-out process was quite fast. The staff was also quite nice.

Cons:

The spa was closed for renovations, and we only received an email after booking. The room was clean, but it didn't meet my expectations as I was expecting something nicer.

Pros:

En rénovation donc pas accès au sauna mais nous avons adoré, nous louons toujours 2 chambres et ils nous ont donner 2 chambres adjacente avec un porte entre les 2.nous avons vraiment apprécié

Sa dit qu’il a un spa finalement après avoir payer sa dit ses en rénovation!! J’ai trouver de la vitre dans le bain il a de la moisissure dans le plafond sa pu jammais de place de stationnement!! Toujours rempli de gens jammais tranquillité

Pros:

J’ai aimé quil y ai un Boston Pizza dans l'établissement.

Cons:

La photo de la piscine paraît plus grande que la piscine réelle. Il n'y avait quasiment pas de stationnement. Les corridors et l'aspect général de l'hôtel était négligé.

Nous y retournerons, mais pas pendant la semaine de relâche.
Pros:

Chambre propre, bon lit confortable. Four micro-onde à la réception disponible pour les clients.
Hôtel bien situé, à côté de l'université.

Cons:

Grand achalandage pendant la semaine de relâche et nous n'avons pas du tout profité de la piscine
et de l'atrium.
