Great value - une valeur sure
Pros:

Hotel Universel is our go-to in Québec City. There are excellent restaurants and a bakery within walking distance on the Avenue Myrand. We can leave our car in the parking lot and take the 807 bus to tourist spots like the Old City or the Plaines d'Abraham without having to worry about the hassle of parking. Also, from there it's easy to get out of the city to visit spots like the Ile d'Orléans or the Parc National de la Jacques Cartier. L'Hôtel Universel est une valeur sure.

Cons:

It would be wonderful if some of the equipment in the exercise room was repaired or replaced.

Les gens à la réception était courtois

Cons:

Le lit n’était pas confortable ont sentait les resort et les oreillers était terriblement dure.
Le ménage de la chambre était correct, les plancher aurait pu être plus propre.
J’étais dans le bâtiment Unilofts ma chambre étant face au boulevard j’entendais la porte claquer à chaque personne qui entre dans le bâtiment ainsi que chaque personne qui montait à l’étage

Proximité avec l'université Laval, le centre de foires et le reste de la ville

Aurait besoin de rénovations, surtout la salle de bain la barre de douche est rouillée, le silicone de salle de bain est noir, le plafond de la salle de bain croche et le ventilateur de salle de bain ne fonctionne pas
