La chambre n'avait pas été lavée... Comme nous étions là 4 nuits la personne à la réception n'a pas pu nous changer de chambre. Nous avons tout de même payé le plein prix pour une nuit parce que nous sommes quittés. Les lits étaient ferme, zéro confortable. Plancher sale. Fourmis par terre. Balcon inaccessible, il y avait des vis comme barrure.

Cons:

Le studio qu’on m’a attribué la 3e nuit dans l’autre bâtiment, très inconfortable, sentait du renfermé, pas éclairé et pas très propre. Pour le prix que j’ai payé c’était pas raisonnable.

À notre arrivée, le personnel de réception froid, non accueillant. La propreté de l'endroit laisse à désirer. Trop cher par rapport à l'ensemble de cet endroit. Je n'y retournerai pas.

Le personnel hyper courtoie et très humain. Nous avons du réserver une chambre en urgence du a un brie majeur de ma voiture. Le choix de la chambre qui nous on donner a ete un baume dans nos émotions....Nous nous sommes senti en sécurité et sa permis de reprendre nos esprits en toute quiétude....chambre 234. Merci au personnel présent à l 'accueil lors de notre nuitée écourté.
