The property was beautiful and the staff was hands down the kindest and most welcoming we have ever encountered at a hotel! We will truly be back because of them!
We loved everything!
I loved everything about my stay here at the Ocean Club Hotel. From the attentiveness of the staff to the cleanliness of the facility, it was easy to relax and enjoy our anniversary trip. The food was amazing and the drinks were even better. If I could do it all again, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this hotel.
There was nothing I didn’t like about my stay.
Rooms where updated and clean.
No air conditioning in hallways
Horrible management especially sandi she was not hospitable at all for our needs.
The room was clean and spacious. The staff was accommodating and fun--especially our waitress and Mark the bartender. The two women at the front desk were very sweet and made the process of checking in/out easy. The food was delicious. No complaints on anything. Would stay again next December.
Great location! We had a great time. Thank you!
Location and beautiful property.
Location and size Of room
Upon checkout I was told by staff I overpaid for the room, especially since it was not oceanfront!
Very disappointed to hear that!
Decided to take a break and just get away for a quick over night getaway during the off season. Was able to het a very nice ocean view room. The room is large with a private bedroom and a separate sitting area. Very clean and well maintained.
Our second time staying at the Ocean Club Hotel and it was just as wonderful as the first. The hotel's location is ideal, and the recently renovated rooms are clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. We ate at Sea Salt restaurant several times during our stay as part of the breakfast promotion. The food was delicious, and the staff were really sweet. We highly recommend the smoked salmon sandwich and the breakfast tacos. A special thank you to Eboni, Trich, Nile and Sammy for their outstanding service throughout our stay. In particular, Eboni offered excellent recommendations about dining options and local attractions. Her extensive knowledge, friendly demeanor, and willingness to help significantly enhanced our overall experience.
Very clean. I liked the cosmetics updated decor in design.
City Construction going on early in the morning.
I waited to write this review due to I didn't want to write from a place of anger. My husband and I were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. We booked a month before not realizing that we were paying peak price for non peak perks. We checked in and stopped at the tiki bar where we quickly learned that restocking of beer and other items were not done due to no longer peak time. So, we had to settle for what was available. We went up to the room and discovered the toilet was not fully operational and tried calling the front desk. The phone kept cutting out and the person at the front desk hung up. The next afternoon we had to request housekeeping to get some fresh towels. The next morning we were awakened by loud bangs and shouting. Apparently, a construction project was ongoing across from the hotel, so every morning we were awoken by loud banging, trucks, yelling workers. I asked for a manager and was told there is no manager during the day, just at night. If I needed to speak to the manager I should make myself available 11pm to 7:30 am. So I asked that the manager contact me @7 am as I will be awake due to the noise. NO Contact from manager. So, our mistake paying 551.00 per night for a substandard stay. If you travel in September make sure you pay the non-peak price.
Hotel was nice with a few exceptions. Directions are needed on getting into the hotel. The front of the hotel opens to a sidewalk next to the street. You have to use the parking lot, with no hotel sign, on the street behind. The back entrance, just a hallway, and elevator are dirty and dingy. A terrible first impression. When you find your way to the lobby, that's nice and modern. The pool area and restaurant is nice. Friendly staff. When we got to our room, the temp was 81°. Air was very hard to regulate and blew right on your face when in bed. The room was nice, beds comfortable. The bathroom was OK, but so small you could hardly fit a toiletry bag on the counter.
