“Just right” & perfect for our in between situation staying at Folly Beach for the week.

Not as expected.
Pros:

I liked the location, staff was friendly. Easy to change rooms. Great distance to everything we wanted to do.

Cons:

I had to call for the cleaners to clean the bathroom again once we checked in. The AC was leaking and you could see a spot of mold on the wall above it. Ironing board cloth was dirty. The room made me feel very uncomfortable. Second room was better.

Rooms way out of date! The lamps need to be thrown away. And hidden fees. Couldn't get a receipt till the end of my stay and still never received one. You get charged for parking after your stay.

Very scary. At least we were exhausted and able to get some sleep aside from all the guestcommotion
Pros:

Locations is the only thing we liked

Cons:

The first room commode didn’t work and the blinds were broken and couldn’t even be pulled. The second room was functional but not comfortable

Pros:

I bought some oatmeal.

Cons:

The fitness center could not be used. The temperature was at least 80 degrees. Too HOT to stay. The facility had a new computer system so it took a while to check in and check out.

I know Marriott as a whole is a wonderful company. They just need to start monitoring the employees that they have.
Pros:

He was located in a nice area.

Cons:

(Amber)Hotel staff at front desk was horrible. I spent over $2,500 and was overcharged for deposits.. my daughters were locked out of their rooms for hours in the middle of the night until they finally was able to sleep in a separate room. Staff finally got their room open hours later the next morning. Was never compensated for the horrible situation from the main manager. Considering all of the money I spent at this location, never even received an apology.
