It was good overall. Disappointed with breakfast
Pros:

I really liked the cleanliness. Staff was nice.

Cons:

I don’t like that it said breakfast is included. You have to PAY for every breakfast item they have. It is not included with the price you pay at the hotel. I liked everything else but I would not stay here again because of the breakfast.

Over priced for the over all experience!

Cons:

The first thing was the very unprofessional person at check in. Then he said that they needed a $100 room security deposit! I said that that was not on the site I booked with! He said it was the booking agent issue! He a long with any other person that worked in the hotel had "0" personally! The only exception was the bar tender and the driver of the shuttle, but only the driver that picked me up on the 11 th. I saw a roach on the bar on the 12 th! The blinds in the room didn't work, and the power door closure was broken. Nothing in the room to tell you where to get ice, but an ice bucket was in the room. I asked a room cleaner and she could not explain to me in English! I could not understand her explanation.

It was short so didn’t get the experience the property .
Pros:

It was great ,expect for a roach on the wall when I was going to try and kill it, it went and hide.
The dark lady checked us out was so friendly, don’t remember her name.

Cons:

It is so close to the Tango Mall and Walmart.
