The room was not clean and they changed the room

Point noir : la salle de bain beaucoup trop petite
Point de surprise : le tarif le samedi était le double des autres jours, ce qui m'a surpris.

Petit séjour sur place mais fait le job

Hotellet lever fint op til den forventede standard og personalet er imødekommende og meget hjælpsomme.
De holder god rengøringsstandard og hotellet ligger i et roligt og venligt område med lokalt liv.

It is a small hotel , bathroom are a little uncomfortable for people with disabilities.
The elevator only fit 3 people .

Forte odeur de moisissure dans la chambre et salle d'eau si exiguë que se pencher sur le lavabo (plutôt un lave mains) est compliqué avec la tablette au dessus. Et lorsque l'on est assis sur les toilettes les genoux touchent le mur en face ... à déconseiller aux personnes de plus de 1,60 m !

Hotel was small, but very clean and comfortable. Room and shower always warm and were cleaned daily with fresh towels provided each day over a three night stay.
Reception staff were mixed starting from a base of the guy who checked us in on the Friday night barely acknowledging our presence to the guy who was on reception for our third day/night and was very pleasant/helpful.
Hotel is on quiet street off in NW Paris, close to any amount of convenience stores, fast food outlets, restaurants and bars which seemed really popular with locals. Two metro stations close by within easy 5-10 min walk mean that anywhere in city centre is easily accessible within 30 mins from leaving hotel.
We didn't avail of the breakfast option so have no idea what food is like, but as said earlier, many available options close to hotel for less than 15€.
If you want to spend minimal time in a hotel room but have home comforts when you're there this is perfect and also for a very good price.

Nous avons vécu une expérience merveilleuse. La réservation était tout à fait conforme à la description. Hôtel confortable dans un bon emplacement. Nous prévoyons maintenant d'y retourner la prochaine fois.

Ótimo custo benefício, super bem localizado e com padarias e restaurantes, além de transporte público no entorno.

Good overall hotel. Small rooms but to be expected in Paris. Close to metro.

Etablissement correct mais bruyant par mauvaise insonorisation

L’hotel si trova nel quartiere di Montmatre, a circa 20 minuti a piedi dal Sacro cuore. Nella zona ci sono boulangerie ottime. La reception è carina, le camere sono molto piccole e poco insonorizzate. Il servizio di pulizia buono, cambio asciugamani tutti i giorni. Il bagno molto piccolo.

Hotel bem localizado, perto de metrô.
E podendo andar para os pontos turístico e passeando pela cidade.
Perto de mercados e restaurantes.
Quarto bom, banheiro pequeno, box muito pequeno, mas a ducha muito boa.
Para quem passa o dia fazendo turismo, vale muito a pena, pelo custo benefício.

accueil du personnel à l'hôtel très agréable .
Situation géographique de l'hôtel très pratique.

Etat des chambres très médiocre. salle de bain minuscule, cabine de douche aux portes non étanches car mal ajustées, .
1 seule prise électrique pour branchement.
Le petit déjeuner n'a pas été testé.

Great place for a one-night stop

Nice quiet area. La Fourche Métro station was less than 5 minutes away. Line 13. Handy for all connections.

Prima accomodatie om Parijs te bezoeken.
Minpuntjes: erg gehorig, smalle badkamer-toilet en erg warm op de kamer.
Er staat wel een ventilator maar daar verplaats je alleen maar de warmte mee.
