Ich verstehe die ganzen guten Bewertungen absolut nicht. Das Hotel ist stark veraltet und man merkt an jeder Stelle, dass schon seit vielen Jahren kein Geld mehr in die Instandhaltung des hotels gesteckt wurde. Leider war das Hotel auch ziemlich teuer und ich habe mich wegen der guten Bewertungen für genau dieses entschieden. Die Bewertungen entsprechen nicht der Realität! Es ärgert mich das ich kein anderes für das Geld genommen habe. Die zimmer sind sehr veraltet, alle Möbel sind beschädigt und in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Die Klimaanlage stinkt während des Betriebes und ist sehr laut. Die Wände der Zimmer sind do dünn, das man alles von den Nachbarn hört, selbst das waschen der Hände hörte man. Auch der Teppich im Zimmer wo das Bett drauf steht ist übersäht von zahlreichen großen Flecken. Das Frühstück war eine Frechheit, sehr wenig Auswahl und eine schlechte Qualität. Egal wo man bei diesem Hotel hin schaut, alles ist runter gewitschaftet, absolut enttäuschend

Buena ubicación e instalaciones del departamento. El desayuno muy completo y es importante destacar el personal de limpieza muy detallista y atento en cada momento.

Просторные апартаменты с кухней и стиральной машиной. Недалеко 2 линии метро.
В номере очень чисто, уборка каждый день. Завтрак не разнообразный, но вкусный.

Perfect location, super comfy
Pros:

Everything was perfect, convenient location between 2 metro stops (different lines) makes it super easy to hang around. Walking distance from the Bund (about 20 mins). Convenience store right behind the hotel, and bigger supermarket (Freshippo, look for the sign of a blue hippo) 10 mins walk right outside Laoximen metro station (you won't find it on Google maps). Staff very friendly and helpful, room superclean. I'll book again when I come back to Shanghai :)

The front desk staff need to be a bit more friendly and warm. They felt very disinterested through the entire process although they were functional and helped with any queries.

Расположение топ. В пешей доступности множество локации для посещения. Нанкин роуд, Французская концессия и т.д. Радом магазины продуктовые и рестораны/кафешки.
Номер хорош.
Есть кухня и стиралка со всеми необходимыми вещами принадлежностями. Фильтр для воды.
Уборка каждый день.

Cons:

Кондер шумноват был.
Завтраки могут быть и лучше.
