Tolles Preisleitungsverhältnis, 1 Woche ist genug.
Pros:

Sehr nette Anlage, gibt nichts zum meckern.

Cons:

War gerade eine Baustelle mit Umbau einer Bar. Eigenartigerweise im Juni begonnen, warum nicht im Jänner? War blöd und lästig, weil 1. eine Bar weniger, 2. der Lärm.

Non abbiamo potuto usare le sdraio a bordo piscina o sulla terrazza. L'assenza di un regolamento per l'uso delle sdraio: sdraio occupate tutto il giorno da teli ma mai utilizzate.

Overall we liked our stay at the hotel! But some big issues need to be addressed.it is not a cheap place!

Location! Beautiful long sandy beach! Sunny all day!

Cons:

It definitely needs an upgrade! Painting in the rooms and furniture a bit old and with lots of marks on them.
Bathroom also outdated, but clean.
They are renovating the second floor bar/restaurant so during sunbathing you could hear the drilling and all the dust and noise coming from inside and outside!
I absolutely hated the fact that smoking was permitted absolutely everywhere outdoors!
The roof top bar was extremely busy and everyone smoked! Making us feel like in a cheap place!
Not only available for start prestige!
There was not one bar for non smokers! To let us enjoy the FRESH air! At the pools also smoking was allowed .Such a big let down as we were sitting next to ppl who were smoking all day long in that hot weather. . Just awful!
It’s was definitely something to reconsider!

I was very unsettled and u satisfied with our stay and insist that we can be refunded for the trip due to the constructi

During the stay construction work was being carried out causing disruptions to our whole stay and I was unsatisfied with the level of noise and unable to enjoy the facilities without constant noise from the work being carried out

Falta de descanso por obras en el restablecimiento

El trato tan amable del personal de servicio, siempre dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa

Cons:

Preparamos estas vacaciones con la finalidad de disfrutar de una estancia de descanso en un establecimiento tipo resort.

Durante dicha estancia, se han producido las siguientes incidencias:

Existencia de obras en el recinto (reforma cafetería coronas), no informadas previamente a la contratación.

Presencia de ruido intenso, constante y especialmente molesto (martillo eléctrico), que ha afectado gravemente al descanso.

Imposibilidad de disfrutar de zonas esenciales del hotel destinadas al relax, como el solárium, debido al nivel de ruido.

Falta de disponibilidad de servicios ofertados.

Estas circunstancias han afectando directamente a la finalidad principal del viaje, que era el descanso. La existencia de obras con ruido de alta intensidad y la indisponibilidad de servicios constituyen una alteración sustancial de la experiencia contratada y en ningún momento se informó previamente de la existencia de dichas obras, circunstancia que, de haber sido conocida, habría impedido la contratación del establecimiento.

Asimismo, y tras ponerlo el conocimiento del hotel, nos informaron que booking era conocedor de dichas obras y que deberían habernos comunicado, que reclamaranos a la plataforma. No obstante, solicité hija de reclamaciones
