For more that 3 rooms reservations, the hotel may apply different payment polices, like applying the NR rate

The dress code for dinner at La Magdalena restaurant: Smart casual

We will carry out the annual cleaning of our active pool, sauna, and hammam in our Thalasso & SPA Center from 15.06.2025 to 29.06.2025 inclusive.
Treatments, massages, the gym and the hairdresser will remain open as usual.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

La talasoterapia esta muy bien
La comida es muy mala sobre todo al mediodia. el bar picina no ofrecen nada de cara a los clientes si vas con todo incluido tienes que estar pidiendo que te pueden ofrecer.

Nos gustó mucho tanto la habitación como las piscinas, aunque al show bar le hace falta reforma
La mayoría del personal nos trataron bien, pero muchos camareros no sabía hablar español, y además algunos estaban bastante amargados y te trataban mal, menos en recepción que eran muy amables
La ubicación y el ambiente del hotel. La limpieza era muy buena y las piscinas, restaurante y el spa siempre tenian sitio, había gente pero no era para nada agobiante.
La habitacion estaba muy bien pero mal insonorizada, se oia todo lo que hacia y hablaba el de al lado. El buffet de desayuno y cena bastante variado aun asi estaria bien que tuviera alguna opcion más de restaurante, para alguna ocasión más especial.
La struttura è ben tenuta, con spazi ampi e piacevoli, e offre una bella vista sul mare. Le camere sono confortevoli e il personale si è dimostrato gentile e disponibile. Ho apprezzato anche l'area piscina e l'atmosfera rilassante dell'hotel.
L'aspetto più deludente è stato il pranzo, che non è risultato all'altezza del resto della struttura sia per qualità che per varietà dell'offerta. Per il resto l'esperienza è stata positiva e il soggiorno complessivamente soddisfacente.
