Nice sea but too loud
Pros:

The hotel is located in the heart of Playa de Muro. The sea is perfect.
15 min by bus from the old city of Alcudia.
The family room was clean but very small for a family.
The room had a nice balcony with the sea view.
The food was really good but only buffet.

Cons:

1) The main problem was that you have to get up very early to get a sunbed. If you come to the pool around 11 a m, where will be no sun beds. Not a single one!!!! So, you paid for a nice day on the beach, but you have no sun beds! I do not think it is ok for a vacation hotel(.
2) if you choose HB ( not all inclusive), you will have to pay 5 Euro for water during the dinner despite the fact that water is free inside the hotel. Even for children! ( we had to fill our bottles and bring them with us, as we are a family of 6, and it is not ok to pay 30 euros for water when you have already paid 12 000 euros for your stay.
3) too many babies and little children in the pool and all around. If you want a quiet adult vacation, this hotel is not for you.

Overall we liked it there.
Pros:

Rich animation program both for kids and adults. Quality and choice of food.

Cons:

Could have been cleaner. Many stains on the furniture in the room and in the main restaurant.

الموقع والشاطئ والاكل منوع يومياً في كل الوجبات النظافة جداً جدا ممتازه هدوء وكل يوم شو وعروض على مدار اليوم ونظافة المسبح ممتازه ومقابل الفندق سيارات للتاجير محلات

Чудовий сімейний готель, пляж і море!
Pros:

Чудове розташування готелю, широкий пляж і найкраще тепле море навіть на початку червня, завжди смачна різноманітна їжа в ресторанах, активності з аніматорами для дітей, невеликий аквапарк, дуже сподобались додаткові бонуси для проживаючих в номерах star prestige, рекомендую вибирати такий номер. Загалом, мережа Iberostar це найкращі готелі для відпочинку!
