Wasserrutschen, Badebereich, Sauberkeit, verzahnte Abläufe des Hotelbetriebs, Programmvielfalt und Angebot, Ausstattung des Hotels, Meerblick, Bar, Restaurant, etc.
Kein Zigarettenrauch.
Bemühtes, effizientes und Freundliches Personal. Gutes, vielfältiges und feines Buffet.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas zu knapp geschnitten, insbesondere das Familienzimmer.
Buffetbetrieb- und Bereich voll ausgelastet, d.h. Lautstärke der Massen innen wie aussen ist teils störend.
Alle Liegen den ganzen Tag besetzt, obwohl kein Mensch sie nutzt. Keine Handtuch-Policy vorhanden.
Keine Handy-Policy vorhanden. Leute telefonieren non stop per video call auf Laut und das stört im Restaurant.

Fanstastic family holiday!
Pros:

Family-friendly facilities, food, and entertainment! Just amazing and truly relaxing holiday for the whole family!

Cons:

One of the children’s shows (super heroes) suddenly turned quite scary, showing pictures of action movies clearly with FSK 12 or higher (monsters, aliens, world-ending scenarios) while many 4 - 7 year olds watching all that in first row. Please make sure that the backdrop to the dancers (which were amazing nonetheless) is age-appropriate!
My son was very scared and we had to leave the show early, he is still scared when thinking of the scenes on the screen.
That was the only glitch though and all other shows were fantastic!

Fantastic hotel but a bit too pricey for what it offers - paying for the location
Pros:

Fantastic location for kids with many facilities, activities and immediate access to the beach. Food is absolutely great, high variety and with different themes every night, and high quality cooking.

Cons:

Room equipment is old and worn off; main restaurant is much too crowded in peak season; staff does not prevent guests from occupying the pool seats with towels early morning - no seats available after breakfast although only 10% are actually occupied. Price is not really justified - Iberostar Waves in Crete is only a third of the price but it is superior in every way.

Not worth the price!
Cons:

For the price we paid, the hotel was disappointing. The rooms are very basic and there was not even a coffee machine in the room. Nothing really felt special or “wow” considering the cost.
The children’s activities were also quite basic and repetitive, with almost the same things every day. Some activities changed in the afternoon, but they were not specifically designed for children.
The pools are quite small for the number of guests, and with so many children around the atmosphere can become very noisy, crowded and chaotic.
The beach itself is beautiful, but the sunbeds and services on the beach are separate from the hotel and you have to pay extra to use them.
