Opgedroogd bloed op het bed en geen reactie op emails! Slechte service!
Cons:

Ik heb 2 dagen in Van der Valk hotel Brussel Airport geslapen. De eerste dag op vrijdag 3-4-2026 in de kamer junior suite 47m². Dit was een top kamer. Heel schoon. Op zaterdag 4-3-2026 heb ik ook de junior suite genomen, maar dan die van 35m². Omdat ik pas laat ging slapen kwam ik er ook pas om 3:50 achter dat er een opgedroogd bloed vlek op de topper van het bed zat. Ik schrok hier heel erg van. Ik heb ook meteen de receptie gebeld. Tot 2x aan toen. Toen niemand op nam heb ik de topper van het bed eraf gehaald. Het zat niet op het laken of op het matras. Het was zichtbaar oud bloed. Ik heb toen meteen een bericht verstuurd via de chat en via de email op de booking.com app naar het hotel. Toen ik ook hier geen gehoor op kreeg, ben ik toen maar proberen te slapen, maar vond het echt heel vies en is me dus ook niet gelukt. Ik heb dus niet geslapen. In de ochtend heb ik de receptioniste gesproken, Cagla Donmez en aangeven dat ik iemand van het hotel graag naar mijn kamer wilde, zodat iemand met hun eigen ogen kon zien. Ik had om 11:30 gevraagd of er iemand om 12:00 kon komen. Na 15 min was er nogsteeds niemand. Ik heb toen weer gebeld en na 10 min kwam de housekeeper. Zij kon alleen geen Nederlands of Engels dus dit was erg vervelend. Ik heb toen weer naar de receptie gebeld en de collega gaf aan dat ik naar beneden kon komen, want ik had zelf al foto's van alles gemaakt. Zowel het matras, het laken, en de topper waar het oud bloed op zat. Beneden aangekomen heb ik Cagla al mijn foto's laten zien en ook zij gaf aan dat dit niet kon. Cagla vroeg hoe ik het überhaupt had gezien. Toen ik het dekbed ervan aftrok was het zo duidelijk zichtbaar, het scheen letterlijk door laken heen. Het is duidelijk zichtbaar dat het oud bloed is. Het is zo onhygiënisch en dat voor een Van der Valk hotel. Ik heb er 2 dagen geslapen. En de eerste nacht was top! Maar dit vind ik echt niet kunnen. Cagla gaf aan de ze me 50 euro kon teruggegeven, maar dit wilde ik niet.

Pros:

Vänlig personal, god mat och bra frukost. Mycket bekväm säng och väl värt att stanna på hotellet på kvällen och ta det lugnt i stället för att åka in och försöka se stan under mellanlandningen.

Cons:

Hade uppskattat tydligare skyltning på frukosten så man vet vad som fanns var.

Prachtige kamer maar de shuttleservice is slecht

Prachtige kamer heerlijk ruim netjes alles

Cons:

Auto geparkeerd voor 75,00 voor 4 dagen dit bedrag kan ook voor meer dagen. Bij het reserveren was het niet mogelijk om het parkeren bij te boeken maar 1 dag van te voren gebeld en toen was het geen probleem. De shuttlebus blijkt niet altijd te rijden en lieten ze ons op de airport staan met een vertraging van 2 uur en vlucht van 8 uur met kind van 13. Taxi bedrijf zijn we op de airport 2 keer geweigerd want het was te dichtbij maar ook niet te lopen met een vlucht van 10 uur en tijd verschil van 6 uur en kind bij je.
