Restaurant top, hôtel manque de professionnalisme

Le buffet petit dej et le restaurant (personnel compris)

Cons:

J’ai étais obligé de changer de chambre car il y avait une tache qui collé sur la moquette à côté de la tête de lit.
De plus, dans la chambre suivante, il n’y avait plus de savon, il m’a fallu demander 3 fois avant qu’il soit remit.
En début de séjour, J’ai demandé à la réception qu’une chambre me soit réservé pour la semaine d après, mais vu les déboires que j’ai subit, j’ai voulu annuler et a ma grande surprise, la réception m’a annoncé que ma réservation n’était pas annulable (alors que c’est eux qui avait fait la réservation), je leur ai expliqué et ils ont accepté d’annuler.

Van der Valk is gewoon altijd goed

Cons:

Ondanks dat ik zelf niet goed had gekeken was het niet geheel duidelijk dat je echt zonder reservering geen gebruik kon maken van de pendel bus, hierdoor moesten we extra een taxi regelen

Heerijk ontspannen, overnachten, dineren en ontbijten voor of na je vlucht.
Pros:

Top locatie met shuttlebus, wel reserveren!! Mooie bar en restaurant, gezellig druk ook. Fijne kamers. Alles prima!

Cons:

Denk aan dat de shuttlebus in de ochtend of avond rijdt, had ik niet voorzien en een taxi genomen.
