Nice stay, disappointing ending
Pros:

A very pleasant experience out side of Palma city center. It in the end, when we payed our bill for extras they accidentally charged us extra and did not agree to pay back to full amount because the lady in the reception told us other prices than what every other staff member told us during our stay. In the end she became sassy and we decided to pay to get out. A very disappointing way of ending our holiday.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. The hotel is modern and sleek. It has a calm and relaxing feel. The multilingual staff are professional, attentive and friendly. Our sea view room was spacious and very comfortable. We stayed on a half board basis and the food was fabulous- I’m a vegetarian and there were plenty of options, all handily labelled. I’d highly recommend the hotel for a winter getaway.

Pros:

Had a fantastic time! My wife is pregnant and everyone, especially Lilia went out of their way to make her comfortable, even offering food that we weren't entitled to when she wasn't feeling well.

En general una buena estancia, repetiremos.
Pros:

Todo está muy bien.
El personal un 10.Todo muy limpio, desayuno muy variado y la cena también.

Cons:

Por decir algo..El SPA demasiado pequeño para un hotel 5 estrellas.Y sugiero que cambien las almohadas, son muy incómodas.

Lovely hotel

I am staying at the hotel at the moment with a friend for a week's rest recovering from a recent operation. The hotel is
fabulous and we have been warmly welcomed by the guest relations manager ,Lili, a truly lovely lady ,whom we met on our first morning and have had a great rapport with .Each day when we meet her we have had lovely conversations with her regarding this hotel and other hotels within the
company and also about our worldwide travels .We would definitely return to this
hotel.

Great winter break
Pros:

Guest Service Manager Lili whom welcomed us with her excellent
professional friendly manor when my friend Jane and myself Caroline introduced ourselves to her at breakfast
the first morning of our holiday and everyday. Lili is truly a lovely warming lady nothing is too much to ask of her.
The hotel is exceptional, food is delicious
and we looking to return
here or any of the sister hotels. thank you Lili for making our day!

Przepiękny hotel z obłędnym widokiem. Przemiła obsługa i pyszne jedzenie. Człowiek się czuje zaopiekowany na każdym kroku

AMAZING HOTEL
Pros:

An amazing Hotel, only surpassed by the great & helpful staff. Incredible views from every room. We Used public transit system (which stops right outside the hotel) to go to the city centre in 15 to 20 minutes.
