Pros:

Pleasant staff

Cons:

Main thing was the design of bathroom. There was no door for privacy once out of the shower. It was not close enough to Palma. Don’t think it was mentioned strongly enough that to get to Palma was going to be a 20 euro taxi. Plus the room was very chilly and no way to warm it up.

I am going back next year!!
Pros:

Rooms were fabulous. There was even a lovely large basket you could use to carry your stuff to the beach/pool. Bathroom was amazing. I did not want for anything. Breakfast was amazing everything you could want and freshly cooked.

Cons:

There were no dislikes at all

Beautiful hotel, need more stuff and an angry lifeguard
Pros:

2nd visit, beautiful hotel, stunning rooms and exceptionally clean - not enough staff working around the pool / at lunch time so it’s struggle to get lunch / drinks - we advised the hotel of this last year but no change to staffing levels and the hotel is busy. Beware visiting with children, our well behaved children are not allowed to even jump into the pool, not allowed a ball etc. very over the top when we are all clearly respectful nice families who know how to behave.

Absolutely horrible experience
Pros:

Literally the most racist place I have stayed, and I used to live in the United States.

We were stuck in our room waiting for room service for three hours and had the audacity to use the balcony and talk at 330 pm. A neighbor complained about our talking and instead of telling them that hey it’s 330 pm people can enjoy their space, they stuck staff on us to harass us to the end and refused to comp anything due to broken hot tub and huge delays in food. They then stuck extra food charges to our bill.

Horrible experience for me and friends!
Pros:

We booked 4 Prestige rooms for 9 people and this stay was a mess.

Room service took 3 hours to deliver food. Most of the supposed Star Prestige benefits were either closed or useless: rooftop closed, bar closed, pool not heated, and the rooftop beds and lounge chairs were wet.

The worst part was a ridiculous complaint against us at around 3:00 PM for simply laughing and talking in our room in the middle of the afternoon. We were not being excessively loud, yet the hotel treated it like a major issue. Meanwhile, the neighbor came out onto his balcony in his underwear and without a shirt to shush us and tell us to be quiet, which was completely inappropriate. That behavior triggered my PTSD and increased my anxiety, and the hotel showed no concern about it at all.

Instead, the hotel manager on Saturday, March 29 in the afternoon was dismissive, confrontational, and felt harassing toward me and my friends. She never seriously considered our side, and it honestly felt like we were being judged for being Latinas.

While I was in the lobby dealing with the situation, the hotel called three taxis for our group. We sent one back because I was still at reception, and then the taxi driver came into the lobby screaming and threatening to call the police while I was already crying. Completely humiliating and badly handled.

On top of everything else, the hotel nickel-and-dimed us the entire stay, even charging us extra for a late checkout.

This place was not worth it at all. Would not return.

Den Empfang inklusive der Anmeldung an einem Tisch im Foyer empfanden wir als angenehm Im Vergleich zur Abwicklung von Anmeldeformalitäten an der Rezeption – der Empfang war sehr freundlich und gleichsam informativ, stets hilfsbereites Personal (zum Beispiel Mietwagen, Buchung) ständige Hilfsbereitschaft, permanente Verfügbarkeit des Hausmeisters bei Problemen im Zimmer, befriedigend, ausgestattetes, räumlich, aber etwas unterdimensioniertes Fitness Center, gründlicher und freundlicher Room Service,

Unpersönlich/ungemütlicher Frühstücksraum, in dem wir nicht hätten zu Abend essen wollen, in einem 5-sterne-hotel hätten wir einen Speisesaal erwartet mit der Ausstattung und Qualität des kleineren“ Prestige Frühstücksraums“, bezüglich der Zimmer Ausstattung haben wir ein Bidet vermisst, ersatzweise könnte man kleinere Handtücher im Bad platzieren bezüglich der Hygiene nach einem Toilettengang, störende Klimaanlage in der Bar sowie zu geringe Weinauswahl bei glasweiser Bestellung
