Not coming back.
Pros:

The view was great. Water pressure was better than expected.

Cons:

Next to elevators (noisy). Mattress needs replacement (sagging). Biggest disappointment: the restaurant. Options were only at the high end of prices and very "cheffy" . Just offer simple food, well prepared. Bar food would be very welcome instead of fancy, heavily sauces food options.

The property was very clean. Housekeeping exceptional. Staff very friendly. The view of the water was amazing and the Bicentennial Tower lit up at night beautiful.

Best sleep
Pros:

Excellent check-in. Friendly and amazing staff!! We were here for 2 nights. We enjoyed club level breakfast and we had dinner in the igloo too although it was a cold night. I had the best sleep here. However pool didn't have a deep end just less than 4 feet deep all the way.

Beautiful and quiet. View was fantastic.
Pros:

Spent one day and night there and would return. We had a 8th floor water view and it was spectacular. Woke up to seeing the ice fishing huts all over the frozen ice. Staff were friendly and we had no issues with the room.

Needs more attentional to detail
Pros:

I booked two rooms at this hotel for my family. We were traveling in Ohio and came to Erie on the fly due to a snowstorm (family hasn’t seen a major storm). The hotel has gone through the renovation of the Sheraton brand but still left a little to be desired. We were not on the club level despite being Titanium and the up button on the elevator was not working. To get to the lounge we had to go to the bottom and then back up. We used the coin laundry during our stay which is a rip off. The machines on either floor did not dry clothes very well despite being an average load and required multiple payments for multiple cycles. Upon leaving I like to strip the room to help the housekeeper and the room had one of the most disgusting stained mattresses I have seen in years that was clearly not updated during the renovation.
