we had breakfast included in the rate but when we went to eat at 8:30am nothing much left and attendant was in the back but did not re-fill, also payed for early check in but pool closed!
I liked the bay view at sunset, that was beautiful. I liked the overall esthetic and look of the hotel.
The bathroom shower was moldy and dirty, I wore water shoes just to take a shower.
There is a cement pole outside the window that had a livery large light on all night long, couldn't get a nice dark room.
The bathroom was only lit by the mirror, which was far to dim for actual shower or toilet use.
The club lounge options were minimal at best, did not have the upscale vibe I was expecting for that level. - this floor also does Not have an ice machine, you have to go to other floors for ice.
I explained during check that the card that was "scanned for incedentals only" was not to be used for the room, well they put the whole room in the card.
Additionally there were some issues with both rooms I was issued and when discussing one of the issues with the manager, she hung up the phone. Highly unprofessional!
Overall, I was highly disappointed with the hotel, especially as its supposed to be upscale and for the cost.
Location was great. Restaurant was very good. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice.

Club lounge breakfast uses powder eggs which were inedible. So I skipped it on day 2 of our stay. Returned on day 3 and they had bite sized egg whites with spinach which were tasty. It seems inconsistent. Could use some improvement.
Location was close to restaurants and I asked for a little something to help celebrate our 30 wedding anniversary. They came through with chocolate covered strawberries and champagne beautifully done!

At first we thought the view was the Dobbins Landing tower of the bay. We had the marina view of the boats. Next time we go there, I'll make sure we get the Bay view of Dobbins Landing. Although we saw it outside the room window on corner.
We had a staff walk in while my spouse was heating up food. While staff gave us back our trash bins, my husband was back and tried to take it from staff...staff kept on and went in our room to set it down.
