Precioso!! Y recomiendo este hotel
Pros:

El hotel en general todo el personal muy amables y simpáticos te cuidan mucho, la comida muy buena calidad y había de todo, nos alojamos en la zona prestige todo incluido y todo super bien las bebidas de primeras marcas. Fuimos a celebrar mi cumpleaños y tuvieron un detalle muy bonito con una botella de cava y bombones en la habitación y no habíamos dicho nada de que era mi cumpleaños!, Muy agradecidos con l@s chic@s del bar de las piscinas por si atención y esa alegría que transmiten. Todo genial
Volveremos por más días!!

Cons:

Tuvimos un inconveniente en la habitación donde nos alojaron pero lo solucionaron enseguida, nos dieron otra habitación y mejor que la que teníamos. Muy agradecidos con tod@s!!

Fabulous hotel and staff as long as you get a good room
Pros:

Room 6202 was simply the best. However we were given this room AFTER complaining upon arrival at being given a ground floor sea view room, which had access for everyone plus zero privacy.

Cons:

Upon arrival the lady checking us in told us we have been allocated a ground floor room and that it’s great…since this was our 4th visit to the hotel we knew it was easily accessible to the public and far from “great” and we said no immediately, but she was adamant for us to take a look. And we did, and it was no good.

Pros:

En Star Prestige, belle chambre avec tout le nécessaire ,le confort, très belle vue mer ( même latérale).
Tous les plus du Star Prestige sont vraiment très appreciables.(un petit plus qui n'est pas negligeable).
Personnel aux petits soins. Buffet de qualité. Très bon cocktails.
Propreté irréprochable dans l'ensemble.
Tout était parfait dans la formule choisie (en tout inclu ).

Was an ok stay, but for what we paid expectations were not met
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and always smiling

Confusion, no rules for accessing to facilities and with that crowd this was super unpleasant

War ok, aber zu dem Preis nie wieder!
Pros:

Die Lage war super, der Meerblick aus dem Zimmer ebenso.
Das Essen war lecker und reichhaltig.

Cons:

Es gab für 4 Personen auf dem Balkon nur 2 Stühle.
Der zimmerpreis, war absolut überzogen.
Schlafzimmer ohne Klima, direkt daneben der Gang wo man jeden Gast hört der am Zimmer vorbei kommt.
Am Pool bekommt man kein Tablett um mehrere Getränke gleichzeitig zu tragen an seinen Platz.

The general area was clean and tidy and well maintained. Staff were nice

The room we had was one of the apartments, the furniture was old and grubby, and felt very disconnected from the main hotel.

Pros:

C'est ma 2ème fois dans cet hôtel mais la première en star prestige.
Tout est extraordinaire ( chambre, espace extérieur, personel et propreté).

Un énorme merci au service client Clara et Alfonso pour l'organisation de ma demande en mariage. Tout était parfait.

Merci aussi à Louis et Izan pour les animations et l'ambiance festive.

Cons:

Comme il y a 3ans, le spa n'est pas digne d'un 5 étoiles.
Eau froide, bouton pressoire pour les jets qui ne fonctionne pas et pas de très bon standing. Clairement un point à améliorer.

Sitio recomendable al 100%.
Pros:

El desayuno, perfecto. Incluso un día hubo una persona cortando jamón en vivo. Lo nunca visto. Las vistas desde la habitación, desde la piscina, etc. eran preciosas y el personal inmejorable, especialmente Antonio, nuestro camarero andaluz.

Cons:

sunbeds were always reserved, GF bread was available on request but took forever to arrive, GF in general was poor, had to pay for an upgrade as according to the booking we were not Prestige (as booked)
